The order process was relatively easy. The eyeglass frame I purchased are very familiar to me; I have three pairs of prescription glasses using this brand and style of frame. The frames were shipped in a reasonably timely manner after purchase. However, tracking information was never added to the order page after the frames were shipped. Also, when I inquired about a tracking number via email; I never got a response. My inquiry was made at least a week before I received my frames.

Shopping experience was easy enough however Canadians should note that if you order off the.ca website, the product still ships from the USA not Canada, so factor in duty costs.

I was very happy with the delivery of my frames to Canada, all money exchange and boarder clearing was done by Coolframes. This was great to not have to deal with. The frames were packed well and in excellent condition. Very happy and will order from Coolframes again.

Second time ordering. Both times I got what I expected and on a timely basis.

I received my order on Aug 15, so it took a while to arrive in Canada. I ordered on July 24 and I am a first time customer and didn't know anyone who had ordered from this company. I was a bit nervous, so I just got the frames without the prescription. I love them! I might be more daring and get a prescription next time.

I like the 'Cool Frames' website because it allows me to find the frames I want quickly and without fuss. The selection of frames is extensive and well presented. Customer service is quick to answer any questions I have. I also like the pricing structure. The price and other pertinent information are clearly presented so I'm never confused as to what I'm getting or how much I'm being charged. I like that.

I couldn't find the frames I was looking for and nobody here where I live in the Valley of LA seemed to have them or be able to order them. Your company had them and they were exaxtly what I wanted and extremely affordable. Whenever I called with a question someone answere me immediately and everyone was very polite and patient.

Easy ordering process but the order should have a working tracking number with an expected delivery date.
