No doubt it's a great choice for electronics. I bought from them in Belgium, mostly via delivery (even after 8 hours since the order is submitted, no extra costs) but also at their shop in Zaventem, Brussels.

I bought a projector the 28/10, received the 29/10 and dead the 29/11.
I asked for a exchange but they decided to repair instead of replacing as asked.
After 2 weeks without news, I finally got a status after I posted a review (bad) on Trustpilot, saying it'd take up to 3 weeks for a repair, my projector was already gone 3 weeks ago.
Not sure what's they consider as customer service, but from my point of view, it's all but that.
I have 2 accounts at CoolBlue, one private and one business, and it's clear I'll cancel both when (if?) I finally get my projector back.
I don't recommend this shop as they are good as long everything is fine, but in case of problem, nothing.
Tip for consumers:
Just my customer experience, a nightmare.

I've ordered a wheelie school bag from Coolblue at the start of the school year. Firstly, I couldn't find the bag anywhere in Belgium so I was happy to find it here. And secondly, I ordered in the evening and it arrived the very next day! Well-packaged too.
Finally, a service-oriented online shop in Belgium :) Just what we need!
It would be nice if the site is translated to FR and / or EN as well.

This is the store that I trust to deliver me the goods. I am tech guy and like to buy a lot of elctronic devices. This store is well stocked with pretty much everythng I need. I have bought quite a number of things and just one of the had a sall problem. Maybe it ws just a factory error but everything else is cool. Keep it up.

Rapidité de livraison, moins de 24h!
Mail pour donner le créneau horaire, appel 15 minutes avant la livraison pour confirmer arrivée des livreurs.
Machine nickel, mais surtout je veux souligner le sourire, la sympathie des livreurs.
Efficaces, rapides, aucunn déchets de carton ou plastique, placement de la machine impeccable.
C est encore rare que les gens travaillent avec le sourire, je tenais a le souligner. Je recommanderai a 100/100° Coolblue, et je n hesiterai pas a revenir en cliente. Certaines grandes enseignes devraient prendre exemple... N hesitez pas a faire appel a Coolblue vous ne serez pas déçu.
