They don't send automatic order confirmations, which can be worrying. Received the order confirmation after 2 days and the item was delivered in 1 week (which was more than fine as New Years day was included in this week). Overall I am happy with the experience and would order from Computeruniverse again because they have very competitive prices and good customer service.

I placed many orders from this seller in the past and never had an issue. In my latest order, the shipment was apparently lost in transit. I tried to contact them multiple times, only got one reply saying they would check, but nothing else. 3 months later, I'm still waiting for a reply and refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Bought a 3080 on 15th December.
Was sent to the wrong country via DHL.
After contacting them they told me they will investigate it. That as in December. It is now July and I have still not received any money back. I am down 1044 euro. They seem to of stopped writing back to me.
They told me they had asked DHL to investigate and will get back to me but nothing has changed.

They will be rude to you on the phone too if you call up and make you feel stupid for wanting your money back.
Only thing I can do now is spread the word about how bad this company is.

I just hope they will refund me at least, but I am not holding my breath

I want to say "Terrible customer support" but the problem is they don't have any.
They delay orders. They have shipped an order in parts at different days without notifying us.
They delivered a 5000eur equipment to the wrong address!
They got paid for the purchase of an iphone, then cancelled our order and did not refund us either! Without notifying us of course.

It is impossible to find their contact details on their website.
When I call they answer 1 out of my 20 call attempts, and after having me on hold FOR HOURS!
Then all they have to say is "NO ENGLISH", without even considering passing the line through to a colleague that may speak English, which makes it an endless debate between me and a German speaker.

I have emailed them countless times in the past 6 months. I still have not received any reply, to ANY of my emails.

They cancelled my order **************) and banned my account without any reason. I called them and they said it's because I'm Russian. I'm Armenian and I'm from Armenia. Armenia is not Russia. CU are nazi.

Website promissed 1-2 days delivery. It took 10 days and the item was damaged. Ok, bad louck, maybe, but this company is taking more than 20 days to replace it. Worst buying experience I`ve ever had in my life. Terrible customer service.

This shop took my money and ignores me for 3weeks! Plus they delete all comments! No answer and customers supports at all! Don't buy anything here. They don't answer to your mails and phone, they delete all bad comments, they change your shop status wherever they want. They only take your money. I send more then 20 mails and zero answer. Scam shop and worst shop ever.

I ordered a NAS. Condition choosen on the website: paying after delivery. After confirmation I got the message: unfortunately not in your case. I am a new customer, so why? A reason is not given. On their request I paid in advance. Then the announcement came that the price was not correct. It should be a 20% higher. In fact the price was about the same as their competitor. A day later there was a new offer: a lower price! Obviously another mistake. They offered me a refund. Now I am waiting for my refund, waiting, waiting. For days. It seems this business is not reliable.

I've been scammed for 295,52 EUR
The support of the shop are clowns. They couldn't delivery package to me and it was returned to them but now they can't make refund.
They said your bank under the sanctions. NO! I receive payments from the whole World and even from Germany.

The clowns also said me you have to find new bank account or we can't help you. FIND NEW BANK ACCOUNT
So I rate it as a regular SCAM.
P.S. My orders was removed from order list
P.S. Answering time is really huge. I wait an answer about a week. Once it was a month

I made an order on computeruniverse on 12/15/2019 (the amount is about 500 euros) and wanted to receive the order by the end of 2019. For this, I specially selected products marked "READY TO SHIP"! And the order arrived only on 01/23/2020. Also, when examining the parcel at the post office, I found that the box with the goods had been opened. I wrote a statement of refusal to receive and the parcel went back. Today is already 06/09/2020, and I have not received any response - What about my return! They received the parcel with the return on 02/28/2020. Emails are not answered. They don't answer the phone either. I read the forums - as it turned out, my case was not the only one! I wanted to build a top PC! A new socket is out! In the corner there is a thermaltake core v51 case, an MSI MEG Z390 ACE motherboard and all sorts of crap on the little things... ALMOST YEAR guys!

The story is this: I ordered a laptop and accessories for it on October 23,2022. I asked to send as quickly as possible. I already had tickets to another country on 12/14/2022, but they spit on all my requests. They sent me a parcel only on 11/03/2022 after my next request. Next is the most interesting. On November 11,2022, the parcel was no longer tracked, but the representatives of the store assured me that the parcel would arrive within 4-5 weeks and would definitely have time to arrive before my arrival. In the end, on December 14, on the day of my departure, the parcel just arrived in the territory of Kazakhstan. I wrote to them about the possibility of cancellation or forwarding to another address and they started blaming me for everything! They said that it was my fault that I ordered from them knowing that she would not have time to come, although until that day they had been convincing me for two months that everything would come before my departure. Then Computeruniverse decided not to refund my money! Now it is April 03,2023, they still haven't returned the money to me, they don't answer my emails. Don't hesitate to buy anything from them! They stole the money even though they got all the goods back a long time ago! Nothing returned!

Excellent service and I am really happy I have found this online store. Fast delivery within a week and everything was packed very well. All prices exclude VAT when shipping outside of European Union and it's a good chance to save a little money.
There are many products that have discounts and there is discount coupon code also, that allow to save 5 euro when you place your first order in this great online store. I have used this one FWN1CWF coupon code, and it works well.
I will highly recommend computeruniverse online store to everyone.

Non existent customer care

The package arrived damaged. The local post held the package and opened a report to DHL. Contact CC and after a week I have not even received an acknowledgement. I do not recommend buying from them.

I bought item on April of 14th, over 50 days I did not received it, tracking shows Frankfurt over 45 days, no any help, no any refund, no any way to get help, even DHL Paket can not do something, on social web sites, I told them, where is My package, they can not answer, so it is out of logic, to do not know about it, they should to know, where they have send, if not, it is mean it was LOST!

Bad is to kind.
They have good prices but I don't even know if they are real or just made to attract clients.
I contacted them by email on the 1st of this month email, told them that I understand they might have problems and asked if they deliver outside Germany. I also specified that I don't speak German. They haven't answered so I canned on the 3rd and asked the same things. They said yes to both.
So I completed an order on the 8th. All the emails I got from them (when they had the will to answer) are in German. After the order I saw the transaction pending in my bank but I haven't received any bill and the order wasn't in the account I have created on their side. After a series of emails after 2 weeks I succeeded to talk with someone that justified that they were expecting a money transfer not online payment so I need to cancel the transfer and then make a new payment. After I did that it took 3 days for them to say that they received the money. Then they said that they are waiting for some product.
Now in my account the products are reserved since Monday but I don't know if it's true and if they will ship them.
I don't even want to guess how long the delivery will take.
But they took the money.

Long story short. Made an order on 28/12/2022 - bunch of PC parts for about 1800 euro. Received it only on 10/01/2023 without ordered RAM. Managed to report them (had some problems with international calls) about lack of RAM on 14/01/2023. Have been said that they need to make investigation to find out what happened to the RAM. Informed them that I don't need RAM anymore and want my money back for it. Made a call on 3/02/2023 to clarify the situation. Have been said that they need a bit more time and that they will send me some kind of report by email (didn't send anything). Repeated again that I want money back and not RAM. On 14/03/2023 I found a new parcel info in my CU account which was dated 13/03/2023 and had been already sent to me. It was RAM that I don't need anymore. Immediately reported to CU call center. Have been said that I have to wait parcel to be delivered to the destination (Bulgaria) and after that wait it to return back to Germany. After that I can receive my money back. On 20/03/2023 I made another call to clarify the situation because parcel already were in Germany but I still didn't receive my money back. Have been said that they need a bit more time and that I will receive all the information in email (didn't receive anything from them). So, today is 31/03/2023 and I still didn't receive my money back. I made a call again to ask them about situation and guess what? They are not plan to return me my money back because I reported them about my intentions to get money and not RAM on 13/02/2023 more than month after my first order. Doesn't matter that I reported situation two times before that date (on 14/01/2023 and 3/03/2023), doesn't matter that four times before that I have been said that I will receive my money back, doesn't matter that I didn't receive any emails from them and waste 4 hours in queue on phone. Now it doesn't matter. Also they have different date of invoice in their system for my order. I asked man "Is this a scam? Is this shop is scam?" to which he replied that we can't get a point and he will stop the call. Probably I will never use this scam shop again. And I don't recommend it to any other person.
