To bad there isn't a zero or 0 for reviews because the customer service would absolutely get a zero infact I am still not convinced that a customer service department exists. Returned a figure 8 shoulder brace and followed the return policy and 2 months of emails, texts, and calls still haven't even been acknowledged. I'm sure the product is good however that doesn't matter when I never got an exchange or refund. Totally unexpectable
It was easy to order. My order was delivered in a timely manner. I am happy with my order. I have already made another order. I have been assured that I can return any item if I am not happy with the way it looks or fits.

Well worth the money to buy this quality product. You can go cheaper but why?
I find it difficult to get into the foot and ankle part of the stocking,,,it's way too tight. I bought some long medium stockings prior to this and had to give them to Goodwill because they were so tight I could not get into them.

These stockings are horrible. They did not stay up on my leg. They have a pre-formed calf. Due to paralysis, I have no calves, therefore, it was useless.
Complete waste of money and not worth the trouble to return since I would have to pay the shipping.
Price was good so I thought I'd give them a try. Order was received quite quickly but the Juzo were the wrong size. The size chart labels them S-XXL; the order form is 1-5. So I ordered "2", assuming that would be M. I received S. Customer service tells me that "2" is Small in Juzo. Really? Then what is "1"? Still haven't had a satisfactory answer from them. If I get one I'll update this.
