Hubby and I have worn compression socks for years. His are about worn out but we didn't remember the brand. I found what I thought may be the ones snd ordered them. They weren't but he struggled to get them on and wore them that day. He really didn't like them—meaning he wouldn't wear them but I could not return them. At $70 I decided I can't afford to buy from you any more. I ordered some from Amazon's try before you buy. You have seven days to try before you even pay for them. Sorry but I won't be buying from you any more.

I requested a return and received a wrong response from company. I sent items I would like and did not receive correct answer. I have ordered from you many times. This will probably be the last. Difficult company service

I am a 76 year old woman that is considered very active. I weigh 122 lbs, 5 ft 1" tall. According to your chart I should fit into a size small. But I figured I better try a medium. I wonder if your sizes are correct. My reason is because even the medium was way too small. Is there any way that I can exhange the one I purchased for one in size LARGE. I could not even pull the medium size over my knees. Please let me know how I can mail this box back to you and receive the LARGE.

I purchased 2 pairs of Juzo ankle braces. I ordered the extra large which i have always ordered in another brand. They were way too small. I didn't even take them out of the package. They wouldn't refund my money. Only offered store credit or exchange. I would have to have paid to send them back plus give up a service fee that they deducted from my store credit! It does state somewhere in the refund policy that Juzos aren't refundable, but should have stated that when i ordered them like other companies do. They stated they were custom made for me. How could they be when they arrived in 3 days?! Plus one of them looked stretched.
