I am still waiting on this combo gauntlet and sleeve. It is an one-piece item. My lymphedema physical therapist uses your company and guided me to order in January this much needed Sigvaris one-piece sleeve with attached gauntlet, right arm/hand.
Please advise.

Stockings are great, and I have no complaints. They last a good while so the stockings are worth money.

Bought them for my mom. I was able to get them on her unlike other compression socks, but sadly, they were still too tight. The product is wonderful just not what we could comfortably use. I might add, the buying experience was great and shipping was super fast!

I ordered three pairs of compression socks. Two of the three pairs have the correct mmHg - 20-30 mmHg. I need return the wrong compression and reorder the correct compression sock - same color and size.

When I needed another pair of compression hose but I couldn't find my previous order to be able to order another pair the same as before, I asked in the chat box if they knew what I'd ordered before. Within a matter of minutes I had a reply with the product number. It made it so much easier to order another pair like the ones I already had!

I bought this item for my wife. It arrived but she wore it one night to bed and found out that it cause's her more pain. She has not been able to wear it since. What is the procedure for returning this item?

I thought the thumb stabilizer that I ordered would do just that but really, it is useless.
I would like to return it. I now realize I need one with a splint in it.
