I recently purchased 3 pair of crew socks. I pulled a pair out of the box & didn't care for the feel of the sock. So I called to get an authorization number to return the socks and they wanted me to exchange or get a credit for future purchase. I didn't want that I just wanted my money back. Then they said there would 25% handling charge. How does one know what the product feels like without making a purchase. So, I spent about $32.16 the socks less $8.04(25%) plus $10.65 for USPS(Return within allotted time/tracking). Bottom line it costs me about $13.47 and I have nothing! Very nice compression. I even gave one to my daughter who is "with child ".
Although they fit the measurements of my ankle and calf, the foot is too long as is the shaft, thus, the sock slips down, wrinkles and causes bulges in my leg.
I ordered 2 brands of compression pantyhose to see which I preferred. What I received was 2 pair of ONE brand.
I received the order within a reasonable period of time, and since the items were on sale, the price I paid was phenomenal.
I ordered the correct size...but...cannot wear it on my right arm as it is too tight. Fabric is too thick and does not feel comfortable enough to wear at night...Awful!
