It was easy to order. My order was delivered in a timely manner. I am happy with my order. I have already made another order. I have been assured that I can return any item if I am not happy with the way it looks or fits.
I have had a broken left ankle that swells without compression socks. I have tried several hose but best one seems to be Jobst Relief 30-40. I have several pair of Jobst Ambition and plan to send back for credit or exchange for Relief if they continue to take care of the lymphedema or ankle swelling.
Problem with the dress stocking
When I wear these - the stitching of the stocking on my left foot rubs against the top my left toe causing an irritation.
I should not have ordered the dress stocking.
Guess I will cut off the stitching.
I get great choices and great pricing on stockings. Stockings are always in stock and delivered on time. Plus the stockings always look and feel great. I've never had an issue and have been purchasing for the last 3 years.
I had ordered a size to big. Sent email explaining this. Was given instructions on the return process. I had to pay for the return shipping which was $12 and some change. Then I get an email saying I need to pay more money on a smaller size $15 and change. I really don't know why I have to pay more money after paying for the first item and then paying to return the ankle braces. I sent an email asking why do I have to pay more money, no answer as of 8/27/23. If I have to pay even more I want a refund of all money spent.
Substituted a pair with less compression, because the short length I ordered was not available in the 20-30 compression, without telling me in advance and now I have to pay shpg costs on their decision, and I'm sure I will be charged shpg on the exchanged pair they're sending back. I will be looking for a new supplier!

Delivery was fine but I was expecting a complete order. I received half of it and noted the other was on back order. It was not on back order when I purchased it so I am kind of up in the air as to when the other half might be expected.
I am very disappointed and displeased. You sent me the wrong item. I wanted my money back and you won't give it to me. You want to give me a credit. I don't want a credit. I will never buy from you again. Very bad customer service.
Nice quality and customer service. The only negative is trying to get correct size. This is a hand glove size 4 and sizes were only for legs. Had to tex customer service for size to order. Was told large and it was. Thanks
The return policy (see screenshot) makes it seem like all unworn products can be returned and refunded for up to 180 days. But you can ONLY get a real refund if they RECEIVE the return within 15 days of when you PLACED the order AND the package is unopened.
If you don't return it basically immediately after receiving it, even if it's unworn, they'll only offer store credit or an exchange. Which would suck even if they weren't obfuscating it, but especially sucks for a business that serves primarily elderly and disabled people.
The policy is written to be deliberately misleading. The customer service agents insist that the third sentence ("returns received after 15 days from original purchase date will be refunded as store credit") refers to all returns, even ones of unopened products.
Look elsewhere for compression garments because this is ridiculous. They're obviously banking on people not interpreting the policy right and not being able to get their money back.
Your Jolts Release, size M I got was either a mistake or petite. It wouldn't fit a Men US size 7!
On ther hand, for the exchange, I had to pay double shipping; sending it back and getting the replacement.
Size L was way too karge. In the end, I lost all the money, paid extra. And got no socks that fit!
I ordered a pair of Jobst knee highs that were listed as "in stock." However when they were not available, someone filling orders just put in another pair in the wrong size instead of telling me they were no longer available and to wait until they were back in stock. I had to return them on my postage, asked for a size-correct pair in another color, had to pay more money when I had already paid. I eventually got a right-size pair in another color. BUT when I complained and made a suggestion, I was offered a gift card to cover my postage and the additional charge. I accepted it and used it to buy a pair of Sockwells. Acceptable conclusion!
The order I received was the wrong kind of compression stockings. I wanted the sheer full leg, dot band at the top. I received the relief compression stockings. Evidently I was confused and thought I had ordered the sheer compression stockings. I cannot use the relief stockings, and need to return them! I am waiting for instructions for refund.
Am not impressed with the delivery of my order. I live in a condo bldg that has a parcel post box for items delivered for postal workers put parcel in and leave key in my mail box so I can retrieve it. I realize there is a charge for delivery, however, I was home that day and no one knocked at my door. Now I have to drive to an another location and,pay to park in an area I'm not comfortable in to retrieve my parcel. Not happy!
I ordered three pairs of compression socks. Two of the three pairs have the correct mmHg - 20-30 mmHg. I need return the wrong compression and reorder the correct compression sock - same color and size.
The quality was fine and they fit me well. I was surprised that the color Beige was darker than I expected so I will not be able to wear them with slacks that are not long enough to cover them up. I don't forsee me ordering another beige pair at this time.

If you get the wrong item, beware - there is a restocking fee and a shipping fee and by the time they charge you for everything - you get about 10% back from your return. We bought 4 items - tried on one, sent all four back. I asked if my hubby could try on the item, they said yes. Didn't fit. Sent back, they won't refund that one because there are "skin cells" on it. Wow! Ok, but they still have 3 unopened pairs - which I paid to ship back, and won't refund without a restocking fee. So they have all my money, all the merchandise and will only refund a tiny amount - THAT IS EXTORTION!

Shipping was fast and the product is of excellent quality. It's comfortable to wear and I find it easy to put on. I purchased the complex transition inelastic wrap for the calf. I have Venus insufficiency in both legs so I purchased the second wrap that the insurance company wouldn't pay for. It was on sale and I got 10% off for signing up for an email which is awesome!
Bought 3 compression gauntlet gloves. Tried on one, I couldn't even get it on. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size.
The 1st response I received was that you don't take back items that are dyed and on clearance.
The 2nd response said that you don't take back made to order items. As for the items being on clearance that was a lie (20% off is hardly a clearance sale) nor was it advertised as being on clearance. I must have been correct on that since it was not brought up again. So then they send me the "made to order" statement that was not in the description when I made my purchase.
Now all of a sudden it's in the description which really looks like it was just added since the text doesn't even match. Now I looked at the description of other gloves that have color choices and in there descriptions say nothing about not being able to return or exchange because they were "made to order". I'm being jerked around and I don't appreciate it
