The socks that I received were the right color, but wrong size. The box said the right size; however, the socks themselves were marked with the wrong size. I called the company on Monday, October 16th, and talked with the customer service department I was told that instructions would be e-mailed to me so that I could return them. As of today, I have not received these instructions.

The hand compression sleeve from juzo is very comfortable and fits well with the measurements given on the site. Although I did order the color cinnamon and it does not look like the color in the photos on the website, it looks like a neutral light tan color not the slightly orange/darker tan color I saw on the site. But still very happy with my purchase!

I bought a pair of the cotton toeless compression thigh highs. When I originally bought them was buying them for my varicose veins then I had a bad very bad case of the sciatica, and they helped tremendously what a lifesaver.

I ordered the wrong size and did not realize it until I received the package. I wrote a e-mail to you requesting the help I needed to get my correct size. I now know what I did wrong and that was that I was trying to figure out how to use the e-card I received as exchange for the oringinal order back in October. I was trying to find out how to put the card number on the order form for payment and I was going back and forth to the order page and everytime I did that the size chart went back to petite. What I ordered was a queen. Long story short I got the information how to send it back to you and we put it in the mail yesterday. Everything was done in a speedy manner and I am grateful for that. My first order. It took a week to receive two of the pairs of stockings. The third is backordered. I ordered different styles as this was the first time I bought compression stockings. I just ordered two more pairs of the style that fit particularly well. I appreciate that there are small sizes and short sizes.

Had bought 2 compression binder not knowing which size was needed, tried to return unopened, still in mailing package item for refund as per their policy and was told only for store credit, not cash refund,this is not what their policy stated, unused and unopened was what was stated, I even left it unopened the the mailing package it came in, I called their customer service and was given the run around and was told to respond to email, I did so and never received any response, will never do business with this company again and will warn people of this problem.

I purchased a pair of thigh high Jobst closed toe silicon toe band 20-30 mmHg and within 2 days they were falling down. CompressionSale told me to get a smaller size even though my measurements, as per their website, showed I am a medium. They will not accept a worn item. Understandably you can not resell compression hose so the answer is make a better product or have a return/exchange policy. Hiding behind no returns is ridiculous.
Would never buy from CompressionSale or a Jobst product.

Paid for rush shipping; compression stockings got delivered 5 days late. Surgery is already scary enough, but to have something required to keep you from having a stroke during and after surgery to not even arrive... This company has no right doing business as they do not have any customer service skills. No apologies, no way of feeling empathetic, no solution. I would expect for them to update their delivery windows to reflect that actual delivery schedule or start providing refunds. I hope this company goes out of business!
