Yes, I received my order. However the socks are white and I wanted black. It was probably my fault for not being sure the cart listed the right color before I purchased them. I will exchange them for black ones.

These socks are not true compression socks. They are similar to my regular over the knee socks. No compression at all.

I placed my order and paid for 2-4 day express shipping since I needed compression sooner rather than later. I was later informed (after inquiring after 5 days) that what I ordered was on back order and it didn't get shipped out until 4 days after I placed my order. So when I received my order, it was late. I probably would have ordered from somewhere else if I had known it would take 9 days to get my order. When inquiring about my order she was very helpful and helped figure out where it was, so that was nice! I think just informing if something is back ordered would be helpful so that customers can make a decision if they will order the item or not rather than having to wait if the item is something that is needed.
Somehow Compression Sale counts two days as being just one day. An order I expected to be delivered no later than January 19th did not show up. I needed it by then since I was leaving town the next day and needed to take the order with me. I did not know how they figure the days until an order will be delivered until I called to complain that the order had not arrived. If you order on the 15th they do not count that day as one of days until the order will be delivered. The 15th to 16th is one day, not two. I did not actually receive the order until February 13th when I returned home. I can use the product I ordered now, but I ordered it so I could use it during my trip. I am surely disappointed with this situation.

DIABETICS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These socks have absolutely NO compression. After wearing them at work my ankles were swollen just as they were NOT wearing them. When inquiring about a return, I was informed the COST to return them is my responsibility. MONEY THROWN AWAY
