Sent them back Tuesday, because they were too long. I copied the info and mailed it with the stockings, in exchange for a shorter pair. The delivery was fine, Thanks
The socks are a great quality but I had to return them. A larger size was needed.
I have found on all occasions that the website is difficult to use, The compression level that I ordered has been substituted on this order and previous order the brand was sustituted with Jobst brand. I prefer the Juzo brand.
I purchased 2 pairs of Juzo ankle braces. I ordered the extra large which i have always ordered in another brand. They were way too small. I didn't even take them out of the package. They wouldn't refund my money. Only offered store credit or exchange. I would have to have paid to send them back plus give up a service fee that they deducted from my store credit! It does state somewhere in the refund policy that Juzos aren't refundable, but should have stated that when i ordered them like other companies do. They stated they were custom made for me. How could they be when they arrived in 3 days?! Plus one of them looked stretched.
DIABETICS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These socks have absolutely NO compression. After wearing them at work my ankles were swollen just as they were NOT wearing them. When inquiring about a return, I was informed the COST to return them is my responsibility. MONEY THROWN AWAY

Purchases stockings from this company and they were too small. Called customer service who were unable to credit or exchange with a photo, When sent they said that is not a defective item, (too short)
Its open toe construction! I will never order from this company again and dont recommend Jobst stockings.
I return to buy these because the fit is perfect for me. The beige color doesn't attract undue attention when I wear them with shorts. Great casual option at a fair price!
Easy to place order. Delivery was fast. And, best of all, the stockings are GREAT! They are making a big difference in my legs, ankles. Swelling is down and pain is less. I am more than satisfied!
Your intentionally sell things that are not as smart in your advertisement and I asked for three x men's and instead I got something that's for men and women and extremely small and or have no service to me whatsoever and since I lost the receipt I guess I can't exchange for anything you make me sick you destroyed my life
And I'm a woman but I ordered a man to get big on these but what I received don't even squeeze onto my legs as they are way too small your description was deceitful and intentionally meant to make people buy something that doesn't fit them because I wanted amends extra large because I'm at 300 lb woman and you gave me something that says men and women and it's not big at all in fact they're smaller than a small person you God damn bastards
Order shipped and arrived in a timely manner, which is good because I was down to my last stocking without a rip in the heel. Prices were fair, on par with those available elsewhere.
Can't return any of their products, which should have already been a red flag, but I did a quick google search that told me this company was legit (big mistake, forgot to check out their BBB ratings) so I was just very cautious and made sure I measured correctly.
Compression garment didn't fit. I can't even tell you who exactly it would fit. The velcro straps for over the stomach were a complete joke. Contacted customer support, since I tried it on, they offered an exchange to sell me a much more expensive comparable product, which by that point of reading their BBB reviews and exchange fee policies, I realized was so that they could dupe me into keeping more of my money.
It just was not worth arguing with them. I'll just have to super glue a belt on it or something til I can afford to buy from a better business. Coincidentally I found the same product on many other sites for...get this...half the price. It pays to do your research and not go with the first site that pops up - doesn't mean they are reputable or anything.
I had a very pleasant experiencing purchasing my athletic support socks from these guys. Sometimes I don't look forward to online shopping, but this company made things pretty easy for me (an old guy who is not so good with the internet!).
It puzzles me why anyone would give this company a bad review. Who's with me here? Selection is great, prices are even better, and I've never had any complaints about ordering. They're very thorough and they get the whole job done efficiently. What's not to like?
Every time I visit this site, there's something new being offered at very affordable prices. That said, I try to stop by every couple months to see what's new. They up date their website often, so I highly recommend doing this. You'll really come out on top with some wonderful finds! Oh yeah, free shipping is the best, too!
Thank you compressionsale, you're a life saver - I really mean that! Without your Jobst medical stockings I could have suffered horribly after my surgery. Not only do these guys have great products, but they're compassionate toward the people they serve!
Maternity hosiery is expensive, and it's not like I'm going to wear it forever. Compression Sale seems to get this, as the price they were offering for the product I needed, was super low. I also got a lot of helpful tips from their blog. If you're pregnant, and are in need of some leg support, you should definitely check out Compression Sale.
I've been shopping at Compressionsale for quite some time now, and they're honest, consistent, and reasonably-priced. I don't really like wearing compression stockings, but these guys make things a whole lot easier, LOL.
I ordered size small and wear size 6-7 shoe. Socks are so loose they are slipping off my foot. Did not feel any support, been trying to return but cannot get a hold of this company.
Doesn't work for me. An expensive mistake. I ordered XL but it will not go over the heel of my husband's foot. He has dementia and doesn't understand instructions like "point your toe".
This is one of the easiest online shopping sites I've ever used! I found my products in under 10 seconds and the whole ordering process only took me a couple minutes. Found great compression hosiery at a very affordable price. Great experience all around with CompressionSale!
