Purchased a pair of knee pads from compressionsale on 10/1, received and realized they were the wrong product. Keep in mind, the items were never opened... still sealed in their original plastic containers. I inquired about a refund and am being told they can exchange or provide store credit. Neither of which I am interested in, I would appreciate my money back.

Hard to believe this kind of customer service policy exists in todays competitive market place. Not pleased and definitely will not be shopping here again.

Consistently provides good customers service for me and my wife. We are long time shoppers at compressionsale.com. I am a strong believer in customer service. Price is important too but a company should also strive to keep returning customers happy. That is what this company has done for me and my wife. We travel a lot so we always want to prevent blood clots also known as economy class syndrome. With air travel being so expensive, some airlines have very little leg room, and wearing compression stockings helps prevent serious leg swelling and blood clots from occurring. My favorite product is the Jobst For Men Casual support socks, and my wife likes the Jobst Opaque women’s stockings. To us these socks have made flying easier, and we are hopeful it will for you as well.

I don't know how many parents out there have kids who are very picky about their socks - saying that their socks bother them. Either they're too itchy, or the seam near the toes is irritating. Alas, no longer can I purchase my daughter regular children's socks - I've found that she needs special "sensitive socks" to keep her wearing them throughout the day (she's 5). Lately, I've been scouring the web to find them in a variety of colors, and at a decent price. I couple of days ago, I ended up finding them here. I'm expecting them in the mail any day now, and I'm sure my daughter won't be complaining about her feet for too much longer. I know I have absolutely no complaints shopping here! Great experience.

Customer service was terrible except for one person who was kind but not helpful at all. My 84 yr old mom was charged FOUR times for a sleeve. They ended up sending two! When I tried to talk to them and say we only needed one. They made my mom responsible for the return fees! They haven't returned calls when I leave message and I average 15 min before anyone answers if I wait on the phone. I would rather pay extra at a medical supply store than ever use this company again. Very sad.

It's always tough to find great compression running wear. It can be so pricey! But... I got lucky here! They had some super affordable stuff, which was so refreshing to see. Another thing I'd like to mention was the prompt delivery. I thought I'd be out of town when my package came, but it actually super soon (in 5 days) which was the day before I had to leave. Thus far, my experience with this company has been nothing but positive. And, I say "thus far" because I definitely do plan on ordering from them again. I think this will be my go-to spot for runners wear. Yes, there are so many sources from which to buy, but for now, I'm staying here.

Wife requires compression stockings. We have ordered these through amazon and other online sellers. Stockings normally lasts 4-6 months with taking care to wash and dry according to manufactures instructions. We place two orders days apart and that how long compressionsales stock lasted. Within two times of use, they are worthless. We asked to return for credit on our card, that two of the UNOPENED packages be sent back. In essence, we were told to "go to hell" with our request. Nice people!

Besides the big, well-known e-commerce sites, CompressionSale is by far the best site I've ever used to purchase products online. Not only are the prices extremely reasonable (there's always amazing sales!), but the delivery is free and every time I've ordered my order has come on time. You might say, what's the big deal? There are a lot of sites out there that do just that. Well, although that might be true, I happen to have a need for compression stockings rather often, and they provide me exactly what I need to stay healthy - they've never let me down!

Just wanted to stop by and say how pleased I am with the efficiency of service with this company. Usually when I order something online, I'm excited, even if it's something mundane like stockings. Ha. But, I have to let this unusual level of excitement subside because I know it'll be quite a while before my package arrives at my doorstep. Not in this case! I received my order in just 6 days - which is a lot better than some other major online shopping sites I know - wink, wink.

I've been reading a little bit, and personally, I just can't relate to the occasional complaints that have been written on here. Not at all! Everything went extremely smoothly, and I was able to enjoy my order in a jiffy!

I've been buying my stockings here for quite a while, and I'm always on the lookout for lower prices from competitor websites, and I don't seem to find them - at least for my particular products, anyway. Every time I visit the CompressionSale website, they're offering some kind of great deal, and those deals are constantly changing. This is one of the reasons I keep giving them my business.
