I'm disappointed that an order placed on December 28 wasn't received until January 10. I didn't receive any communications about my order shipping until January 5, one week after my order was placed. Then when it was shipped the arrival date kept slipping. Overall, I'm not very impressed with my experience and the follow-through on this order.

Well I just want to say that its been 13 days since i place my order. I took more than 6 days for my order to get shipped when I pay almost $40 for 4 to 7 days shipping and to this day we haven't received so much for paying extra.
The company insists I write a review even though I just received the socks. They seem quite comfortable and I like the gentle pressure all along the leg instead of strong pressure around foot and ankle other socks give. I'll write another review after I've had more experience with the socks.
My experience was good. I called to see if my invoice could state "US funds" so that my Canadian insurance company would refund me the entire amount converted to Canadian. The person I spoke to said no problem. I submitted my receipt and was already refunded the entire amount before my compression stockings even arrived.
I received my original order of 2 pairs of compression stockings. The stocking were too big and one pair of the two was damaged. Both were returned to you, and I am waiting my 2 replacements in a size Small. Have not received yet.
The delivery came in a timely manner. The size large stockings kept falling down even though they were the same size as my other stockings. I wanted to try toeless stockings and will not buy them again.
I like Jobts low compression socks for diabetics. They are comfortable and usually have just enough compression for working on the computer. They stay up well, too. I also wear them over your mid range compression hose when I have to go out wearing my Crow Walker boot to walk stores and the like. I also got a good price on them this buy.
I have been wearing these for many years. I just had 2 procedures done on my left leg; and I feel so much better when I wear them. I decided to size up to a M/L since I found the M/S to be too short… and I am only 5'4".
Should read fine print on return.
How are you supposed to know if they fit if you don't open and try them on. Then found out the company doesn't take them back if they were opened and worn once to see if I liked them.

I was surprised that my socks were white with black stripes instead of lime green with white stripes, but I liked them so kept them, but wondering is this is always the way it is. That you do not get the color shown on the computer?
I am still waiting on this combo gauntlet and sleeve. It is an one-piece item. My lymphedema physical therapist uses your company and guided me to order in January this much needed Sigvaris one-piece sleeve with attached gauntlet, right arm/hand.

Today is the 14th and I feel you are waiting long enough so you can charge a restocking fee. I need a 15 to 20 compression strength, everything else the same & return the ones I purchased. The package had been smashed when we got it. Upon opening it up there was no paperwork at all. My daughter said, "mother you ordered the wrong size. You need a medium." So now I want to return this pkg for a pkg of mediums. I have not opened the boxes or tried them on. But as I repeat they were smashed when I received them. What do I need to do in order to return them and have you send me the mediums?
I received the leg brace in an acceptable time. It was good quality, but did not work for me. I returned it.
The price paid was $152.98. Compressionalble returned $109.49 To my Bank account. The mail return cost $55.57. I spent $152.98 and ended up with $53.49.A loss of almost $100.002/3 of the original cost. The return charge by CompressionSale is extremely excessive. I ordered the medium size 32.0-42.0. The band measure is 24 inches before the 7-inch Velcro. The band is so taunt, I am unable to stretch it even an inch. I would like to return this support band and get the larger or get a refund.
