I can no longer buy these locally, much to my dismay, but am glad to find them at your business. I have to wear them to control swelling in my ankle after a less-than-successful knee replacement. The price takes my breath!
I had ordered the shade suntan for my knee highs. I phoned a representative and was told that the shade golden that I received is the same shade as suntan. There appears to be a slight difference but I don't understand how things are set up with this company
Price was good so I thought I'd give them a try. Order was received quite quickly but the Juzo were the wrong size. The size chart labels them S-XXL; the order form is 1-5. So I ordered "2", assuming that would be M. I received S. Customer service tells me that "2" is Small in Juzo. Really? Then what is "1"? Still haven't had a satisfactory answer from them. If I get one I'll update this.
These hose are of good quality, quite comfortable and don't have that "support hose look"!

They messed up my order and I did not receive until after I needed them for the hospital but then mandated a 25% restocking fee for me to return. Their web site misleads you in to thinking if you follow their instructions on returns you get a full refund, but they ""never"" give a full refund according to their service staff. They are rude and crooks. They make their money on restocking fees.
Compression socks can cause my eczema to act up, particularly just below the knee. The graduated pressure of your socks dispense with that problem while keeping pressure up at the ankles where its needed.

Read the SMALLEST print of the supposedly "fast and easy" return policy. To return an unused item within a few days of purchase, they will keep 25% of your money if you want it refunded to your credit card. They will also keep some of your money if you choose store credit. It's in the very small grey italic print at the very bottom of the page. The top of the page is very misleading, and in the small print it says they automatically charge a "$6.95 shipping charge" ON TOP of YOU paying to ship it. Be aware.
I have ordered these compression socks before and decided to get some more. The order process was quick and easy. The socks got to my home in a few days time and fit great. I will order from you again.
They feel nice but they to small and got the large size. I like the nylon material but to small.
CompressionSales says easy 180 day returns. NOT true. Not easy...and you won't be getting your money refunded, even if the item is still in the box, and you've had it less than 1.5 weeks, unless it is one of the specific brands on which they offer returns {Dynaven is not one of them]. So I'm out $47+ dollars. On top of that, the charge 25% processing fee, and return shipping fees for returns. So it's hardly worth the effort. I ordered open toe compression stockings by mistake. Can wear only closed toe. Stuck with them. WIll donate to 2nd-hand store, but can't deduct donation of NEW items from taxes. I hope these stockings will help somebody. Be VERY careful in ordering from COmpressionSales, and don't believe their "easy 180 day return" claims. Read the fine print! I wish I had.
I needed help with a return issue. I called and could not reach anyone in returns. I then tried sales, customer service and chat, no help. I posted a review and someone from customer service emailed me. I was able to communicate my problem and I hope it can now be resolved.
Yes, I received my order. However the socks are white and I wanted black. It was probably my fault for not being sure the cart listed the right color before I purchased them. I will exchange them for black ones.

While this company appears to do legitimate business I am appalled by their stark, blatant and disgusting messages in order to make a phone order. It is relatively long but fast talking, shoving you directly into other scammy longtalking sales script - mine was for a medical alert with no agreement from caller whatsoever. And that was if you pushed # (repeatedly -in protest) Right away... I crown them... untrustworthy... and pitiful preying on whomever comes along. Beware.
Purchased these for my mom, but to get free shipping, had to wait a lot longer, so paid for shipping. Sizing was off, so had to get a return authorization, pay to ship them back to get an exchange. Then, when they received them, had to call to give my credit card info to pay for them to ship me the new size. These are $40 socks...now they are $60 socks. Ridiculous. Will just buy from Walmart or a local drug store in the future.

For thigh-high and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then, measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).
