I received the stockings for my mother and we measured them to her existing stocking. They were too small and so I called to return them. They referred me to a site for returns. I have gone through the process, but it is very disappointing in that you have to pay for the return and also are charged a 25% amount. This is not a good business practice.

Compression sale is a horrible company. Will never do business with them again. Their disfunctional website creates an order mistake and the take no responsibility. You pay for returns and restocking fees after talking with a totally obnoxious Customer Service individual. It's all about the money. They could care less about the customer. Could be about the worst company l've ever felt with.

I was traveling when i said i needed a pair of socks replaced. Instead if trusting me as a customer, i had to wait to get home to prove they were not the right size. I hope i can still get. Them replaced.

I am disappointed that I was charged a 25% fee for the return of the merchandise which I tried to cancel within just a few hours. Not only did I have to pay the freight back but then also 25%. Will not plan to use your company when I order compression items for myself.

I didn't realize the socks I ordered weren't thigh high or closed toe. That could've been clearer on the page. I can't use any other type of compression sock. I will continue to shop at compressionsale.com.

My first experience with compression stockings. I like the medical stockings and would have given them a "5" by themselves.My order also included a pair of athletic stockings. I was not as impressed with these stockings due primarily to weight and feel.

This is the first pair compression stockings I purchased with compression sale. I originally purchased my first two pair from a local med supply store recommended by my vascular surgeon and these kept a falling down. I was very disappointed because I paid a lot of money for these stockings. The pair I purchased from compression sale do not fall down during my 10 hr work days. I even wore on my 4 hour plane ride. I love these.

The sale price was right. The quality and feel is great! I LOVE that these are sheer stocking knee highs! I have had compression socks before. These are FAR better.
I want them for travel.
I bought two sizes and three pair. I wish I could trade the one pair that is a size too big, for another small.

The compression sock was to small even though I used their chart. Returned the sock for an exchange and was charged $6.95 to exchange and difference in price but they were the same price other than my online coupon which they would not apply again. The customer service guy I spoke with was short and rude. Still waiting for the exchange. Will not use this company again.

All day comfort. Just what I needed. I highly recommend.

The one pair of Booms I've had for over one year have always been my favorites…but I couldn't find the brand again when I Googled it. My OT recommended another brand sold by Compression and that's how I found my Booms. I just got my order of 5 pairs at an amazing sale price. It was meant to be! My feet and legs thank you!

I have tried a few other compression socks and all of them slide down while wearing pants at work. I work in the construction field and do mostly trucking. So blood circulation in my legs is an issue. The last thing I need is for my compression socks to slide down my calve and choke the bottom of my legs and my feet.

The experience was fine, but this brace does not work for me. I need a more solid sturdier brace. I thought money wise this one would work for me. I will have to go to the actual brace company & have a mold made again for my drop foot. The ones I have now lasted 11 years, but are on their last of repairing. I am waiting now for instructions as to how to return this brace. Thank you.

Ok haven't tried them on yet but they look really nice - my old ones have the little bead like tops but these don't so I am anxious to try yours

Yes I received the stockings but they did not fit. So I spoke to Alex in customer service and he recommended that I get an exchange for these stockings. I replied to an email sent to me by Melissa Bright, So I can send these back and you can send me hopefully the correct size. I hope they will work when I get them. Thank you for helping in this matter.
