I asked complete case to immediately cancel my account and refund my money they totally disregarded my request and charged me for a service that was not rendered in any way or form. I continue to contact them and was told I got a refund from them so requested information about a refund they said they sent…. Lie Lie Lie they did not send as it's not in the bank account information about it. The banker searched all records. I have all the emails stating I requested the immediate cancellation. These are THIEVES! Refund me my Money!

I filed and gave them the info they wanted. I was charged on my card several times and still nothing has happened. I'm still legally married. They want more money in order to continue the process. I had to get rid of my card because they kept trying to charge a monthly fee.

During my initial call I was told I could print my documents, after completing everything online I spoke to someone else that said I would not be allowed to print my documents. I had to wait for them to come in the mail and was told it would be 8 to 10 business days. After 16 business days and four phone calls four days in a row being told they were being mailed every single day they never arrived. Requested a refund but was told I would only get a partial refund because the forms have been processed even though they never mailed them and I did not receive them. I would highly recommend using another company

I like the simple and intuitive website interface. I only spent about half an hour on a leisurely survey. I answered the questions, and based on the results, received all the papers I needed for the court.

I highly discourage anyone from using Complete Case. Their service is incredibly slow and unreliable. Despite being told it would take 7-15 business days to receive paperwork back from the courts, it ended up taking over 30 business days. When I asked for an explanation, I was told they were busy. To make matters worse, they addressed my spouse's paperwork to the wrong person, causing further delays and added expenses for me to ship the documents to the correct person.

Their email support is ineffective and unhelpful. Any issues I raised were met with generic, copy-pasted responses. I was never able to speak directly with my assigned case worker and when I did manage to speak with a supervisor, they never followed through on their promises to call me back.

I began this process in July 2022 and, due to constant delays on their end, I am still in the process. It has been an absolute nightmare and, on top of everything else, they charge a monthly fee for their painfully slow service. Save yourself the added stress and look elsewhere for assistance.

This is a complete waste of time and money. It's now a year later and my "non contested divorce" is still in process due to all of the issues with the paperwork. Not because I filled out any answers wrong but because their paperwork doesn't seem to be specific to certain states. First off I wasted a huge chunk of time and money completing their divorce education courses that my state didn't accept and I then had to re-do and re-pay for through the state. Then the judge refused to sign off of our final divorce paperwork because there was a document missing. When I asked for the document from complete case customer support they just resent me all of the paperwork Id already received. Long story short the document wasn't In there and I had to re-fill out everything through my state's website. As a customer if I'm paying $400 for them to fill out my paperwork for me Id think they would include all of the necessary paperwork. But no. This was a huge waste of money and time. Use a different service or fill it out through your states website
