A big rip off, go to court house and get free forms, that are not outdated. I fill out all the forms go to count house to find out the form I paid for were no good. 299 big waste of money

I subscribed and within 10 minutes my phone started ringing. I did not answer. The following day, they called my cell phone at work 8 additional times. I did not answer, and, they left no message as to the nature of their calls. I received e-mails which only boasted additional services available for additional cost. I logged in and inputted my information. My Wife logged in and inputted her information. The first print of papers had all of our paperwork jumbled and completely unusable. I tried my best to correct, however, at this point I completely lost my trust in the whole deal. I did a little more research, and found TURBO COURT did EXACTLY the same service for $10.50 and $20 for on line filing. I promptly cancelled my account with COMPLETE CASE. A month goes by, and I see that COMPLETE CASE is continuing to charge me a monthly fee. Keep in mind, the incessant phone calls continued. I ended up having to block their phone number to stop the harassment. A complaint letter resulted in only a refund of the additional monthly fund, however, they would only refund my initial $299 if I tried to file their paper work and it was rejected by the courts. HUGE waste of time for me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THIS IS A MASSIVE SCAM!
