Comfysofacover

I purchased over $170 worth of their so called "premium comfy sofa covers". They are cheap material and construction. They won't stay on the furniture, due to the slippery cheap material. I washed them on delicate cycle in cold water and line dried before using. All 4 came apart at the seams. They are worthless. I have emailed their phony "customer satisfaction guarantee" department 3 times asking for a refund. They keep asking for my order #, which I had foolishly pitched. I provided all of the info from my order because THEY darn well can find my secret order #, but absolutely NO response or resolution. I wish I would have seen the other customer's negative review re: the BIG BLACK HOLE customer service, before I flushed nearly $170 down the toilet.
