I ordered a sweatshirt that took over 10 days to ship. When I contacted customer service through chat, it was a complete waste of time. The service rep took 15 - 20 minutes to tell me exactly the same thing I already knew - the package hadn't shipped yet. Wow, thanks for that. No solution was offered, just the response "it may go out today". It finally shipped the next day (coincidence?), but I still have not received the product.

Terrible company

I reached out to customer service about changing the address / cancelling an order right after it was placed. I was told that it was too late and was sent to the warehouse. However they said they would open a ticket and an internal team would take care of it. Reached out 2 days later, 0 help was given and there was obviously no continuity with the ticket cause they had no idea what I was talking about and was told to just wait it will be cancelled. Reached out today for a 3rd time (5 days later) the item was shipping to the wrong address, no explanation given, and the agent just stopped responding in the middle of the chat right after I confirmed my information and inquired as to any updates with my order. Terrible experience, never buy from these people cause if anything is wrong you'll get left in the dust

Avoid this company! They sent me the wrong size and refuse to make it right. They won't even discuss it with me—just get promptly cut off in chat. What a scam business. Avoid Fanatics, too—parent company.

I ordered Columbia Collegiate shirt size medium. The shirt was more like an extra large. Return policy is non existent. I had to go to chat to finally get a shipping label for the return. One star was the lowest rating I could give but it should be less. I wish I had read their reviews before I ordered from them. They offered me a 25% discount on my next order, but no thanks I will not use it.

Ordered two sweatshirts. They were reported as delivered to our front door, but they were not. We were home all day and nobody attempted a delivery. If you go to their website there is no way to actually get in touch with a human to report a problem. STAY AWAY!

Fake company don't do it!

I'm so sad I wish I read all these same experience as everyone else! Sent me confirmation email immediately saying was shipped 2 days before I even ordered it and said it was delivered the day I ordered it in a different state. I've emailed at least 7 times keeps bouncing back saying not a real Email. They took my money right away and right after this purchase my credit card was hacked! Fake company sick sick people who ruined my families Christmas! It's bad enough you people gave us COVID you have to steal our money too!

I placed an order for 2 hoodies and never received any type of confirmation whatsoever. But they damn sure took my $110. Now I have to submit a fraud claim through paypal and wait a month and a half to get my money back. Just go to their 'contact us' page and you will see that it's a fake site.

Not Bad

My package came in on free shipping took 7 days and was the correct size and look just the same in the picture. The tracking order number was sketchy doesnt actually show your package location but I got my hat so thats all that matters.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband from here on December 8th. It is now December 23rd. Still do not have. It went somewhere in GA and disappeared. No more tracking info updates either. Took me forever and some serious digging to find their phone number and once I finally did every day that I called they would just tell me it's set to be delivered by the end of whatever day I was calling. Now I am lacking a Christmas gift for my husband. I do kot recommend ever using this company. Here is there phone number for anyone who can't find it! *******680

Stole my money!

Bought a fleece and a hat, used a coupon code. I felt the shipping cost was fair for 2 items. Immediately got an email saying the fleece was cancelled. I called to cancel and they refused. They didn't apply the coupon code, so I got a $20 hat for 27.99 PLUS SHIPPING. Their Custer Service is in India and ZERO HELP

Never recieved order

I submitted an order and immediately recieved an email saying that my order was processed and was shipped. However, I had a custom jersey ordered so I sent a response asking how it was possible. No response. I sent emails to the email address under the contact us email three times and never got a response. I was charged immediately as well and have no way of canceling the order. I may look into legal action if I don't get a response or find a number to call. I wish someone would post a phone number to call. So frustrating.

They had a 30% off STORE WIDE code! I ordered 4 shirts! SURPRISE only 2 were give the 30% off... Well guess what my neighbor and I ordered 4 different sizes. And NONE of them were given the 30% off! Too us
this is like FRAUD... IT SHOULD SAY 30%OFF selected sizes! Curious what sizes were 30% off customer assistance is not sure! Sad way to make customers MAD! Love the merchandise just not the tactics!

I placed an order on Nov. 11th with shipping of 3-7 days. About 10 days later I received an email stating that it would arrive on Nov. 29th. Well, that date came and went. So on Dec. 6th I went to the website and initiated their chat feature to ask about a delivery date for my purchase. The representative asked for the order number and immediately cancelled my order and said I would be refunded in 2-7 days. I told them that I would rather have the product and they replied "you can order again". This exchange was almost funny, but this was a gift that I was expecting to have by December 10th. I will never order from them again and I hope others don't either. What a joke of a business.

Don't bother

Expect to only get back half of your money if you need to return your item. I wear a large in adidas sweatshirts, and this thing was like a triple X.

Customer service had an answer for everything on why I was not getting my full refund back. I was even going to replace it with something else.

Whatever, I won't do business with them again. I'll shop from Amazon.

I bought an NYU hoodie from here and soon after I decided to cancel the order because I didn't want it anymore, well it did not let me cancel and when I got in touch with someone to help me, they said they'd do something about it but they never did, so poor customer service and I've been seeing that on other reviews. On the other hand, the hoodie itself is good so far, quality is nice, I would only buy something from them if it looks higher quality and or has the most popular tag on it.

I ordered an xl and they sent me a small. They don't know when or if it will be in stock and they didn't compensate me in any way for their mistake (but they gave me free return shipping- woo hoo). Disappointing, as this was a gift for my husband for his birthday.

This is not a legitimate website even though it appears it is. Merchandise comes from China. Not even sure it's authentic. They have no phone number to contact them and if you send an email they don't respond. If you want to return, plan to send back to China. Good luck with that. I'm warning you, they come off as legitimate but they're not!

Would have never ordered if I had known it was going to take so long to arrive. Didn't know where shipment was coming from until I received email stating they had already received my payment. There was a phone number included that wasn't from USA, so I looked it and it was from china. Placed an order for a jersey for my daughter back in November in hopes it would arrive by Christmas. Well today is the day after Christmas and have yet to receive the jersey. Will never order from this site again!
