I just placed an order, and unfortunately did not think to research the site first. I got a confirmation email, and when I clicked on the order number to review, I got a warning that someone may be trying to hack me, and now it just gives me a blank screen. When I went back to the site to check from there, it said my just created password was invalid, so I clicked on the forgot password link, and it said if my account was valid I would get an email to change my password. Well, no email was sent, so I guess I have a trip to my bank tomorrow to dispute this charge. From now on I will research a site before placing an order.

I ordered an ornament for Christmas for my daughter from College Football Store. But the problem is that Fanatics is in charge of that company and they "refunded" my order as with all the orders I try to place. This company has screwed up my accounts and I am unable to order from anywhere. Since they have a monopoly on all the sports online stores. How am I supposed to get gifts for my family. I have spoken to them on the phone over and over and over and nobody helps me!

As mentioned on other reviews, they do not manage their inventory. I waited 20 days after my order. When I checked on my order, I was told the shipping was canceled while in transit and was on its way back to the warehouse. I was never informed that there was an issue or that my order was shipped back. I "spoke" via chat to a representative. All they said they are sorry and will give me a refund. They cannot reship the package and if I wanted a new one they said I can order it again through their site. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them or Fanatics. The poorest customer service I have experience in a long time. BUYER BEWARE.

Placed order, received order#. Checked status next day and no orders shown. No response to email.WOW

I bought an NYU hoodie from here and soon after I decided to cancel the order because I didn't want it anymore, well it did not let me cancel and when I got in touch with someone to help me, they said they'd do something about it but they never did, so poor customer service and I've been seeing that on other reviews. On the other hand, the hoodie itself is good so far, quality is nice, I would only buy something from them if it looks higher quality and or has the most popular tag on it.

This site is Full of Bull$#*!. I order a Jersey and NEVER got iy nor did I get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. We need to report them and get this site removed ASAP
