As mentioned on other reviews, they do not manage their inventory. I waited 20 days after my order. When I checked on my order, I was told the shipping was canceled while in transit and was on its way back to the warehouse. I was never informed that there was an issue or that my order was shipped back. I "spoke" via chat to a representative. All they said they are sorry and will give me a refund. They cannot reship the package and if I wanted a new one they said I can order it again through their site. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them or Fanatics. The poorest customer service I have experience in a long time. BUYER BEWARE.
