I was pleased the way everything went from ordering to delivery. I liked the guitar t-shirt and guitar socks l ordered for a gift. The dog bed and quilted blanket l got was nice. The patio drapes l got l haven't opened yet but I'm sure they'll be okay because this is the second time I ordered them. The drapes launder very nicely. They hang very well and look more expensive than they are. It was helpful to get all these items at a discount, thank you Collection's!

Their prices might seem good, but their handling charges which they still charge even though they say that you are getting free shipping, are astronomical! What's more, I ordered something, and told them that I needed two day shipping. I paid through the nose for that extra shipping cost. That was nearly 2 weeks ago, and it is still not here! I needed those Items yesterday for my Mother's funeral. I no longer need them, and I want to cancel the items because they have not yet left the factory. But they are currently having a "system upgrade", that no one was told about until anyone tried to contact them, which I have been trying to do for a week now. How convenient that they don't have to service their ordering customers during this time. The only thing that they will allow at this time is placing orders! This is no way to run a business. Take my name off your customer list, I will never order from you again!
Collections etc quality is a huge hit or miss. But with the low prices you always feel a winner. I have ordered dozens of quilts for myself, friends and family, and all were good or excellent. Clothes are another thing, most don't hold up for more than one season.
Usually quick on shipping & items arrive as described. Customer Service has always made thing right, if something came damaged, and a replacement was needed. I'll keep shopping there, but usually try to use a Coupon Code for Free s/h.

I love shopping with Collections Etc. I recently purchased the Butterfly watch, it is beautiful! I like the large numbers and the band is expandable with the butterflies going all the way around. It is well worth the money. Hope I have it for a very long time.
I also purchased two pairs of pants. Not so happy with them. I ordered size small, these are that size, but they are big enough for a small elephant. Very baggy, not what I wanted. Also the seams were not sewn very good. After wearing them once I had to mend them. I would not purchase clothing in the future.
Placed my order and it was to me before expected it. There has been an upgrade in the service from this company. I buy many seasonal decor items from them as well as some basics and are very happy with the products and service that Collections provides.
I have been a customer for some years now and I am very satisfied with the service and products I have received thus far. There was a time where my order was mixed up with someone else in another state but it was taken care of. I do hate there is other fees added on besides shipping and handling and taxes, what a boomer, which makes your total go up even futher that's why at times now I really consider whether or not I should buy when I see something I like.
I don't understand why certain companies have to "charge" the customer a return/shipping/etc fee when you purchase from them.
Their, in this case Collections, business model must be successful since they have been around a number of years, so you know they're making good to great profits.
I simply think it's wrong to make the customer pay a return shipping charge (deducted from your return or you use your own freight company, granted your choice) when they've likely paid shipping at point of sale. But, fat cats gotta have more to get fatter and fatter.
I received the light-up Easter egg, very pretty, however it didn't light.
Contacted customer service through email, they responded the next day, sent me a new one, 4 days, I had it and lights worked! Gorgeous!
Easy ordering/receiving. We ordered 3 privacy netting and two have white stripe at top/bottom and one has blue. So it does throw "flow" off, not worth sending back and all that, otherwise product looks nice and gives us privacy around pool deck.
I deliberately ordered a pair of the herringbone extra long runners to evaluate their ability to stand up
To heavy foot traffic and soil deposits tracked in from my garage. The raised herringbone weave of this particular design does trap (collect) sand and small stones that would otherwise damage my wood flooring. In my application,they are joined side x side for a 44" total width coverage which is helpful during regular vacuuming of this High-Traffic area. I did have to use a non-slip rug pad to correct for shifting on the hard wood surface.
Slippers fit perfectly. Rose and butterfly quilt and pillow shams are so pretty, just as pictured and described in catalog and online. My granddaughter loves the zip front plush bed jacket over her pj's. Absolutely love shopping with Collections Etc, so many affordable and beautiful items.
Ordered two table runners, one for spring and one for St Patty's Day (all of March), they were promptly received in great condition and are so very nice. Displaying the spring runner (butterflies) now and it looks great. Also ordered metal birds on a branch with leaves for my Mother. She absolutely loves them. They have brightened up her space at the assisted living facility where she lives.
When I received my chair covers, I was very disappointed. They were so cheaply made, rolled in a little ball and were very wrinkled...really awful! I returned them but haven't heard from your company. It will be a long time, if ever, that I order from Collections again unless you start having better merchandise.
All of the items I purchased from Collection's were excellent both in craftsmanship and in beauty. They matched their catalog pictures and gave me what I expected, if not more! I'm thrilled with my purchase!
I never heard of this company, found it by accident! After going through website I was overly intrigued! Ordered several items and I've been very happy, and pleased with all purchases so far! Never had to contact the company with any complaints, just a question that was answered by email promptly!

Delivery was quick. The 8 chair sliders #******* $9.99 were much too big and are unusable. The kittens Tee isn't very good quality, #******* $17.99. The sunglasses are too small to fit over my average sized glasses#******* $12.99. I love the Jesus hat.
