I decided to use Collage for the first time recently when I saw an amazing offer for only $12 a photo book. As I attempted to later upload the photos I was planning to use, the process was slower than mollases in a Wisconsin winter! After nearly 2 hours of sheer frustration (also had a terrible time formatting as their program is not people friendly), I gave up altogether on the project-my pictures were still "uploading". I cancelled my order today and the company has promised to repay me. The lady I spoke to was very, very kind (Kristina?). I did appreciate her helpfulness. She deserves 5 stars, while I rate the this company 1.

I had a memory blanket made for my mom. This will be her last Christmas with us, as she has kidney failure. The blanket is lite weight and perfect size for a throw over her shoulders or legs. I choose to have the background and backside done in purple and I absolutely LOVE it. The blanket arrived well before the expected arrival date, which pleasantly surprised me. Yes, I will use College.com again. I chatted with a couple customer service reps and both were very helpful and answered my questions right away. Thank You for making our last Christmas a picture perfect memory.

Both Johnathon and Annette spent more time than normal to make sure my order went through correctly. Both of them went above and beyond the call of duty!
I'm hoping they will be honored in some way for their excellents and patience while helping me.
I'm my opinion they are top notch employees and a huge asset to your company. I've owned my own business and I understand just how important it is to have employees who not only know their job duties but also treat each client like they're special and not just a number. These two amazing people did just that! Long story short, I'm hoping they will be rewarded in a very special way... being that the holidays are almost here a raise in pay or Holiday bonus would make me a very happy customer. I know the more the boss shows their appreciation to their employees the harder that employee will work and the longer they will remain with you. That's just my feelings though.

Annette just saved me countless hours -- again -- countless hours of sifting though photos. Two years ago I ordered a photo blanket for my mom's birthday. My family wanted to give her a photo book for her 80th this year. I could not find the file. I cannot find the flash drive with all of the photos that were scanned on it from seven siblings. Panicking! Annette found the file. Populated a draft album for me to edit. All is right with the world! Huge relief. Thank you Annette! Thank you Collage.com

I cannot say enough about the quality of the canvas products Collage.com produces. The backing is classy and the product overall is impressive. I had some photo issues with two of the four canvases I ordered. I am an amateur at taking pictures and the pics I wanted to use just didn't have enough light to produce a really defined picture. Collage.com worked with me over a period of several weeks (I had surgery during that time), and they never lost patience with me, were encouraging the whole way and stuck with me until we could work out better canvases with better pictures. The customer service alone makes them a top company in my opinion!

I really wanted to get my girlfriend a nice customized blanket but everywhere I looked was really hard to use and customize, this blanket was really easy to design and easy to order. The order said it would take quite a long time to get here in the UK but it did not take that long at all which is awesome seeing as though it came from America. I thought it would be cheap and tacky seeing as though it did not cost much but it was excellent quality and really snuggly, the pictures were perfect too!

I bought a Groupon to use on this website and have never visited it before. I didn't realize that the voucher I bought didn't come with free shipping so I used the live chat to ask if there was anything that could be done since I really didn't want to spend $19 on shipping. Annette helped me out and went above and beyond to figure out a way for me to get free shipping. She was able to provide me a coupon code that would take the $19 off my order so I would get free shipping. This was all done on Thanksgiving day. She was absolutely great and extremely helpful.

I attempted to order several products from your website today. The Fleece 50x60 blanket is advertised as being $45. I spent several hours uploading photos and designing the blanket. When I try to place my order it comes up as $134.99 (granted there is $25 extra added for the backside, but that should come to $60, not $135.) I contacted customer service through the "Chat with us!" button and was directed to Sutanya. Twice I had to tell Sutanya what my problem was. Sutanya then asked to view my screen. I copied and pasted my screen into the chat box. Sutanya again asked to view my screen. I told her I had already copied it into the chat, and she began to argue with me. At that point I asked to be transferred to someone in the US who could speak english. Again, she became argumentative. When I told her that I do not wish to speak with her any longer, she gave me a phone number to call. I found her to be extremely unhelpful and difficult to deal with. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars for Christmas gifts with your company. But due to the false advertisements on your website and her unprofessionalism, I will be taking my money to a competitor.
