I live on the 1st floor and they refused to help me move it upstairs. You should ask in advance in which floor I live. You said it will be delivered to my front door but it was not. They left it on the street and I didn't find anybody to help me carry it. It was very bad delivery experience.

The furniture is very beautiful, classy and sturdy. The delivery was smooth. Delivery guys took care of the furniture, place dit with extra care and ensured everything is fine. They were very punctual, polite and fantastic at their work.

We are happy with the quality and style of the furniture. It goes well in our room. The delivery guys were fantastic. The white glove treatment was amazing. The only problem I have is the communication on when my items shift was very few and far between so made me nervous I wasn't sure about your website. And it felt like it took too long. But I know supply chain stuff is an issue right now, so that is probably why but more communication would have been better to settle my nerves. But definitely great quality Furniture comfortable functional. Everything was good no issues or problems there and overall would recommend using your website for ordering again
The movers were so efficient! The white glove service was beyond expectations.
The pieces were nice but one part didn't fit right so a new part had to be ordered. The furniture arrived too soon for me. It was supposed to rake 4-6 weeks, but the delivery company was ready in 2 weeks. That was nice but it caused problems for me. I was harassed to accept the furniture earlier to avoid storage fees. It hadn't even been a month yet. They had to put everything in the livingroom still in boxes and the delivery company wouldn't schedule for white glove service until I called corporate. Besides these fiascos, the furniture came out nice and fit beautifully.

Delivery guy was rude, didn't wanna listen to anything I had to say, couldn't get it in the house so they had wind up taking it back then I'm charged $75 to get a redeliver. They dropped it in the driveway so I had to get my son to help me get it in the house but other than that the furniture is beautiful but I was very disappointed in the customer service and the delivery folks cause there's no reason why should I have to pay another delivery fee because he didn't want to try to listen to me.

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Believe them! If your furniture arrives with obvious defect, they will do nothing. My sofa has a huge gap and not only will they not fix it, they will not put a claim through Ashely Furniture warranty. Stay far away from Coleman Furniture

Answer: Nope they will threaten to make you pay a 15% restocking fee. Plus. A shipping fee. It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together

To clarify, the product you ordered is delivered to the entrance of your home or building, as noted in the email we sent on May 12. We understand how the wording can be confusing, and we regret any frustration this caused.
