They assembled the merchandise in the room as promised. However, there is a problem with one aspect of the set-up/assembly of the desk and I have received no redress at all.

Ordered in early October and the dining set was delivered and set up by Thanksgiving!
Delivery personnel were courteous and set up the set quickly. Family was impressed with our purchase.

Shopping on the website was easy. Easy to navigate and checkout. If I had a critique it would be the website should try for better color accuracy. The item we purchased came in black and charcoal. There was less of a difference than expected. However we are very happy with the item. I want to mention that the delivery team was outstanding. Quick, efficient, careful in our home and they knew what they were doing. Very polite as well.

Great quality bed with two storage draws. White glove delivery was fantastic. The two gentlemen had the bed assembled in no time and they took all the cardboard and packaging material with them.

Hello, so prior to purchasing I felt customer service was really nice but as soon as I had complaints post delivery and during delivery I felt there were less empathetic

This delivery process was easy and the customer service for both Coleman and the delivery company was great! I love this couch and I keep getting compliments about how comfy it is and how much my family loves it!

Found the exact size that we needed for our entertainment center. The installation by the crew was very good, but one drawer had a rub on the bottom when you pulled it out. The company sent a new drawer out very promptly after taking a picture of the problem and emailing it to them.

I looked for new chairs for quite awhile and finally found what I wanted at Coleman Furniture. They are exactly as seen online and look fabulous,

The sofa is nice although it does have at least one place where the leather is gathered instead of nice and flat. The sofa I would give a 4 star however the shippers they use are not even a 1. Unless you don't mind having to carry your purchase in and haul your old sofa out, don't use this company. We would not use Coleman again due to the very poor service during delivery.

Got what we ordered. No delays. Great communication. Love the white glove service. No issues. Beautiful! Will shop with them in the future.

Desk arrived on time and in good condition. I had the free assembly, and the two guys that came to do it were very efficient. They finished the assembly much quicker than I thought they would, cleaned up the packaging, and were on their way to the next stop.

My experience with Coleman Furniture has been great from start to finish. From asking customer service about the product, customer service contacted me about a sale that was going to end incase I want to get my order in, received confirmation of order, periodical updates on order, shipping confirmation and updates on where my order was located. Coleman rep would call, text and email me with any updates. Delivery and scheduling was perfect. I would most definitely order from Coleman Furniture again and would refer others. This Dresser is exactly what I wanted! It is sturdy, and very stylish. The finish is a White Gloss. Arrived in Perfect Condition! It took a while to arrive, but well worth the wait! White Glove Delivery and set up was included in the price! The drawers are lined with felt and have an unpleasant odor, but I have left them open and hopefully the smell will go away. And the drawers do not open as far as I would have wanted but the dresser is just "Beautiful!" I am very Happy with this Purchase!

Horrible experience! I purchased the Reyes Portabella Lay Flat Power Reclining Sofa and love seat. Despite their terms and condition on how rare it is to receive damage products my couch siding was snapped in two (the wood holding the couch) which was delivered 10/8. I was hesitant to order online furniture, but the sale was beating the in-person store by a lot for a sectional sofa I had seen in person. I called and talked to helpful CS rep about some concerns, he gave me direct line to call back and place order when ready. Which I did, and he placed. Delivery was scheduled, on time, and they actually wore white gloves. Sofa was exactly what I wanted and not a knock off (at least appears to be legit). I would try Coleman again for my next furniture purchase. I did take their protection plan, not sure how well that would work out, but hopefully do not ever need to cash in on it!
