Found the exact size that we needed for our entertainment center. The installation by the crew was very good, but one drawer had a rub on the bottom when you pulled it out. The company sent a new drawer out very promptly after taking a picture of the problem and emailing it to them.
I needed to verify the dimensions of the furniture, and spoke with a representative that assured us that the furniture was made by Coleman, and that the dimensions should be the same as what was given.

I had a relative idea what I was looking for, and I had been unable to find anything close. I found Coleman when I asked for furniture companies near me. I found several pieces I liked and then made my decision. I collect antiques and it is difficult to find suitable pieces to add.
The sofa is nice although it does have at least one place where the leather is gathered instead of nice and flat. The sofa I would give a 4 star however the shippers they use are not even a 1. Unless you don't mind having to carry your purchase in and haul your old sofa out, don't use this company. We would not use Coleman again due to the very poor service during delivery.
Desk arrived on time and in good condition. I had the free assembly, and the two guys that came to do it were very efficient. They finished the assembly much quicker than I thought they would, cleaned up the packaging, and were on their way to the next stop.

This Dresser is exactly what I wanted! It is sturdy, and very stylish. The finish is a White Gloss. Arrived in Perfect Condition! It took a while to arrive, but well worth the wait! White Glove Delivery and set up was included in the price! The drawers are lined with felt and have an unpleasant odor, but I have left them open and hopefully the smell will go away. And the drawers do not open as far as I would have wanted but the dresser is just "Beautiful!" I am very Happy with this Purchase!
I was a little nervous buying such a big item (a beautiful wall unit) on line. But I couldn't find anything in the local furniture stores so I took a chance. Everything went just fine. It took about a month to arrive (from California) at a local moving company and was delivered and set up by them a few days later. I couldn't be happier. I was hesitant to order online furniture, but the sale was beating the in-person store by a lot for a sectional sofa I had seen in person. I called and talked to helpful CS rep about some concerns, he gave me direct line to call back and place order when ready. Which I did, and he placed. Delivery was scheduled, on time, and they actually wore white gloves. Sofa was exactly what I wanted and not a knock off (at least appears to be legit). I would try Coleman again for my next furniture purchase. I did take their protection plan, not sure how well that would work out, but hopefully do not ever need to cash in on it!

Answer: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice. Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase. Waited. Waited. Waited. Nearly two months. Furniture arrives, fully assembled. Will not fit through staircase. Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave. Email customer service, I'm told to call. Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me. Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns. Worst service ever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It will take you 5 months to get a damaged item... save a bit and go to Ashley during memorial day/ veteran day july 4th or a major holiday. Lol it's so BBB cant track each I'm learning. Coleman is a shell. Renegade is a " parent " so it's harder to get things done. Use a credit card you use for nothing else if you are foolish enough to venture into this.

Answer: My dining set is solid wood. Chairs are strong and sturdy. The table has the original knots and markings making each piece one of a kind. You can tell the table was one solid cut rather than pieces put together
