Much lower price (even including tax) than elsewhere, and free shipping despite ordering two large computer chassis. Delivered here in Altadena, CA in under two days, before they even sent out the email saying it had been shipped, so keep an eye out in case you live close to one their distribution centers -- was a welcome surprise for us, but might be an issue for someone who needs to be there to accept a delivery.

Received a day later than expected delivery date due to weather delay on FedEx. Not COLAMCO's fault. Package got here with no visual damage. Will do business with more often. Messaged COLAMCO for a tracking number and got a very quick response! That's excellent customer service!

I've had wonderful experience of receiving all of my products in a timely manner as long as I paid for shipping. When I choose free shipping it took several weeks, the website said that product was available and it still took to long!

Delivered much faster than expected

Delivered much faster than expected. Since you're Florida based I thought it would be delivered in about a week. Wrong! Delivered in less than two days to California.

The monitors were in perfect shape.

It was easy to purchase the tablet using PayPal. Quick and hassle free. And the tablet arrived within a few days. I haven't had a chance to use the tablet much so this rating is on purchasing and shipping only.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. Product was in perfect shape when I received it. Had to return one product because it wasn't what I thought I was going to get. The ads on the site need to be more detailed and accurate so you know exactly what you are getting. However, the return was very easy and quick.

I tried to buy a PC case from them. I ordered it and it took literal months for them to fulfill the order. During this time period, I repeatedly reached out to try to cancel the order. The order took so long to fulfill that they sent it to an address that I no longer lived at. They are unresponsive to email and calls. I now have to pay extra to get the product shipped across the country because at the very least, they couldn't even change the shipping address. Make sure you know what you want months in advance and aren't planning on going anywhere because they will not respond to you.

They will not provide return label and charging 20% restocking fee for a unopened item. I ordered a monitor from Colamco. In order to return it, I had to ship it myself which costs $42 with UPS (most economical I could find). Additionally, they will charge me a 20% restocking fee. It'll basically cost $90 to return a $250 monitor. This is unacceptable for this day and age of online retail

1) It was less than 3% less in cost than Amazon. You should at least buy from a company that does not charge restocking for brand new unopened items.
2) You're much better off buying from a brick and mortar store.

Poor business practices
January 23, 2019

In late December I purchase a Network Addressable Storage unit for a gift. It was not setup until January 17. When unboxed and plugged in it had a fan failure error and we could go no further with the setup. I called them and they told me I would have to go through a warranty center because it was over 30 days. I have never heard of that on an item that was clearly shipped in a non-working condition. Even WalMart would give you a direct replacement. It's sad since the company I work for buys many of the Thecus units each year and we are always looking for good suppliers. I will take my business elsewhere to more respectable companies.

Wrong Fuser

It is very smooth

It is very smooth. However, the product price drops dramatically 6 days after my order. I request the price match but it is rejected. If I return and re-order, I have to pay 20% restocking fee and mailing cost. So it is almost impossible for the customer to return except defective product is received.

After installing two (2) of the cameras, the one I installed inside my home has much better night vision than day. Looking at the camera during the daytime, it is very dark...so much it is hard to see anything.

We use Colamco for most of our hardware purchases and the excellent sales team is extremely helpful and responsive to both our questions and needs, providing needed quotes and fast delivery of products. Most recently their team has been amazing in helping us resolve a configuration issue on a purchase, forwarding us the required parts, while we are still working on creating the RMA for our incorrectly ordered items which has allowed our team to get the systems into production on schedule.
