Colamco

I placed an order for a device and according to the description on the website at the time there was over 100 in stock. The next day I received and email stating they were out of stock and cancelling/refunding my order. While I'm happy they refunded my order they have some issues with how they track stock and represent it on their site. I won't do business with them in the future.

Ordering and shipping were easy and a breeze. I have yet to unpackage and use the printer, but I feel it will work well with our office. I will let Colamco know if I have any problems with the printer.

I did receive the item in a timely manner and ordering was easy but they sent the wrong fuser. I have filed a claim for a return and I am still waiting on a response.

This was great experience ordering from this company. The product I ordered was OEM and was a great price compare to other big retail companies. I am definitely going to shop here again. Thank you for your service COLAMCO.

Colamco seems to have a very intuitive user interface with a sound order placement system. As for the product i purchased, i am optimistic but we will find out.

My order was received several days ahead of what I expected. The personal contact with Chad and Dawn shows that this company wants me as a customer to be fully satisfied - and I am! Also, I know that should I have an issue or have additional needs, they will make sure to the best of their abilities those are met.

My one suggestion is that you require signature on expensive packages. I was in a panic when the package was delivered without signature, and it took several days after delivery, for me to find out who had my $8,ooo package.

We have purchased several items from Colamco (toner, printers, laptops, etc) and have always been very pleased with our service. The customer service agent (Susan) was very helpful in tracking packages and keeping us up to date on delivery schedules and any billing questions we had.

COLAMCO had a very hard-to-find product, in stock, for an acceptable price. Shipping was $9 on a $10 product and I felt that could've been lower considering it was such a small item, but whatever. Shipping time was great, though. I would do business with them again if they have something I need.

Great prices-super fast delivery! I was pleasantly surprised to hear that my order shipped so quickly when I called to check the status- Susan was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I will be using you guys again for sure.

You guys keep changing the price on the printer I want. It seems like every time I come back to see if it's gone down, it hasn't gone back to where it originally was when I decided I wanted it. (Only 2 weeks ago).

Shipping speed was great. Did not ship same day, even though I ordered it early in the morning. Had to ask a few times to get the tracking number. Didn't get tracking number until 2 days after I placed my order.

Competitive pricing and really great customer service. Needed to tweak an order and Heidi answer the call promptly helped me with the adjustments and then followed up promptly with an manual email confirmation of what we discussed in the call. As someone who orders from Colamco.com regularly, I am impressed with their customer services and competitive prices. My go to service rep, Susan Euliano, is simply fantastic. On the rare occasion that issues arise with an order, she has been there with prompt responses and cost effective and sometimes creative resolutions.
