I ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter over two months ago that never came in.
It didn't make it for the wedding she was supposed to be a part of, and I never received any emails back regarding the item at all.
Do NOT shop here. They will take your money, then never respond to any updates about the item(s) you ordered.
Absolutely thieves and bad service.
I am absolutely outraged by the wedding dress I received from this site. It is a complete disaster and a blatant lack of professionalism for such a special occasion in my life.
Firstly, the dress is extremely poorly sewn. I had specifically provided my measurements for a custom fit, but it seems this was completely ignored. The dress doesn't fit me at all, as if it were made for someone else.
The neckline is indecent, way too deep, and the right breast cup sticks out shamefully. The lace on the back is poorly attached and constantly falls, which is unacceptable. On top of that, there are small stains on the fabric, which is totally unacceptable for a wedding dress.
This dress not only ruined my shopping experience, but it also jeopardized one of the most important days of my life. I strongly advise against using this site for anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress. The quality and attention to detail are completely absent. It's a pure and simple scam.
Although took a lot longer than it should to be delivered, this dress was well worth the wait! Can't wait to wear it on my big day but everyone agrees that it's absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for easy customer service as I was starting to panic but well recommended again!
My dress arrived and I love it the detail is gorgeous and very well made and good quality. Couple alterations needing but that always expected with wedding dresses to get that perfect fit...can't wait till my big day.
My dress was beautiful, it has adjustable straps so if you have a big chest area it will accommodate you. The length was just right. I could've went down one size I had xl could've did large 205 5'6. A few feathers did come off but not to noticeable
This dress is amazingly gorgeous. Exactly what I wanted. Very nice quality. I was hesitant to order online without trying it on but so glad I took the chance. I ordered a custom size to avoid having to get alterations.I would definitely buy from cocosbride again.
Really good quality. Got a size 16 but lost weight so has to get it tweaked. Everyone commented on how beautiful my dress was and I was happy that I got a lot mor for my money. We has a beach wedding and this style was just right and kept me cool. Ready good buy!
My review is based solely on customer service, as I found this page before I placed my order, luckily I think. I asked specific questions regarding a dress and received very little information back. I resent my questions, and they were ignored. While $300 is not a lot of money, it is still hard earned money. So, my experience was that they do not care about giving you the fine details so that later you have nothing to back up your claim of a bad job. Not taking the chance. Went on Etsy and found amazing dressmakers that need high reviews, so they care about the dress you order from them.
I ordered this dress made to measure and it arrived perfect and even nicer than the picture. I was so worried about ordering my wedding dress online but all the team were so helpful and put my mind at ease with constant communication. The quality and style of my dress is far better than I ever anticipated. Thank you to everyone who made my wedding dress shopping an easy and happy experience!
I ordered a dress for my daughter who will be a flower girl in an upcoming wedding. Not only do they falsy advertise the dresses as their own, they refuse to give you a refund when you receive their 99 cent version. The dress I ordered is pictured on the left, what I received is on the right. They want to argue with me about the color I ordered (ivory) versus what I received (white), the measurements are way off, and the dress is not the same at all. They refuse to let me return the dress to get my money back because of their false advertising. PLEASE choose a different place to order special day dresses. You will be disappointed and out your money.
Absolutely amazing and stunning dress. Fell in love when I seen it online, once I received it, I was beyond happy. The material was amazing, lovely quality. Was so nervous about buying online but so thankful I did!
This dress looks fabulous. I was worried about how it would look on, but the sample picture doesn't do the dress justice! I was also concerned about the quality of the dress due to the price and where it was being made but in actual fact it looks better than the designer dresses I had tried on! The costumer service I received was fabulous. I got the dress custom made, and they made the dress exactly how I wanted it! Again I would like to repeat the dress is fabulous, quality amazing and the price even better - even with it being custom made. It also only took around 3 weeks to get to me from my order to the adjustments and then shipping! Overall a great service I would highly recommend this company!

Everything about this process was so magical and mind easing. I had somene giving me updates the whole time and they even helped me choose and personalize my dress. I was on a time crunch and my dress still came on time. Not only was it on time but it fit perfectly. I love my gown beyond words amd it looked so beautiful on my wedding day. I would never be able to find a dress this perfect in any store. I will be going to cocosbride for all my future formal events.
Just received it today and it's so beautiful From my first communication to the delivery of the dress was an easy, smooth process. The dress was ready in 3 weeks after ordering I used a professional seamstress to take my measurements and it is a perfect fit. No costly alterations needed like when you order a dress from a bridal shop. It's perfect for my beach venue and the back of the dress with the train is stunning! Will add more pics after the wedding day!
This dress is very beautiful, I did not know what type of dress I wanted in the beginning I just knew the color that I was looking for, however while shopping online I came across this particular one loved it at first sight, this dress fits my body perfectly.
This company should be ashamed of themselves. They sell complete knockoffs and scam customers. They sent me a dress that was completely different from what was advertised. The dress ha drips in the wanna be lace (fishnet with random designs) Save your money and go somewhere else. Charged me over $200 for the dress and told me they would not accept a return for full refund and it would cost me $160 to return it.
I ordered a beautiful dress but unfortunately it was a bit too big so I needed to return it. They gave me a refund and even let me return it past the 7 day window. The sales representatives I worked with were so helpful and kind! I highly recommend. Shipping was fast and the dress was much higher quality than I was anticipating. I'll be ordering another dress from them (hopefully in my size this time)!
I've been a bridesmaid 9 times so I've had to buy thousands of dollars worth of dresses over the years. This was the first time that I actually really liked the dress and was happy with the price. $99 for a bridesmaid dress is such a relief as I've often had to pay 3x that amount. Definitely recommend to all the brides out there who don't want their friends to resent them! Being a bridesmaid shouldn't cost an arm and leg.
