I could not have been more pleased with my gown! They made ordering easy and I used their measuring instructions to ensure I had the right size... and it fit perfectly! I got compliments all day long. Even the photographer complimented me on how beautiful I looked and how well the gown photographed. My husband told me how proud he was of how beautiful I looked and it warmed his heart seeing me glowing! Thanks so much for being so beautiful of a very, very special day. From the initial ordering, throughout the travel process, the shipping information, down to delivery, Cocosbride kept me posted on the status of my order. For one, I ordered my prom dress off of here thinking I was going to get the same one until I seen the reviews which made me rethink my decision. I instantly emailed them after purchasing to inform them that I wanted to cancel my order. On their website it states if you cancel within 24 hours you will receive your full refund which I cancelled literally 10 minutes after placing my order! After waiting forever I finally received an email back stating that I'll only get 70% of my money back! I didn't want to argue so I accepted it. It's been a day and I haven't heard nor seen anything about my refund I'm livid! Do not order from this company!

This is an addition to my last review. My dress was lost, so I ordered another dress and the dress from here arrived. Customer service still isn't very good when you have issues.

DO NOT ORDER FROM COCOSBRIDE! This company cheated me out of my money and offer TERRIBLE service. I received a dress that didn't match the picture/description online. They didn't want me to refund my dress because they said it was "customized" even tho it was not. I see from other reviews now that they DO NOT give you your money back, even when its "covered" within the refund policy. After complaining, they asked me to pay the express deliver fee to china, but NEVER CLAIMED my package!... I emailing them over 3 months to tell them the package was ready to be claimed, but they straight up IGNORED ME. *baffled.* I ended up getting the package back in the mail 5 months later, but of course after all that time, it was now too late to even submit a refund claim through my credit card. So I encourage you not to purchase from this company. I never write reviews, but felt like this was too much not to share...

I ordered a evening dress from this company and they tried to duplicate the dress I wanted. 1. They don't do express they just tell you that to get extra money. 2. They don't have that dress you ask for. 3. They duplicate the dress to make it look like the one you ordered. 4. Bad service of communication.

Very much pleased with the dress. It looked exactly the same as on the internet. The customer service was excellent. She was very patient while I was measured and assured me that I would have my dress by a certain date. I was very nervous and my original dress was not going to work for me. I am so appreciative the help! I received and was very satisfied with my dress. Can't wait to wear on my party! Thank you so much!

Cocosbride really makes me have a good shopping time! Their customer service staffs are very prefessional and friendly. They answered a lot of questions of mine and guided me to finish the order. But most importantly, the gowns were of superior quality and workmanship. Intricate embellishments were lined and sewn beautifully and none of them was missing. I will DEFINITELY order my dress from Cocosbride and I recommend you do the same!

I purchased my dress for $360, due to covid it did take longer than expected but once it arrived it fit perfect. I had custom measurements and I couldn't be happier. I was so nervous buying a dress online and it not fitting me but I'm so impressed with cocosbride.com.
