Just received it today and it's so beautiful From my first communication to the delivery of the dress was an easy, smooth process. The dress was ready in 3 weeks after ordering I used a professional seamstress to take my measurements and it is a perfect fit. No costly alterations needed like when you order a dress from a bridal shop. It's perfect for my beach venue and the back of the dress with the train is stunning! Will add more pics after the wedding day!

Very much pleased with the dress. It looked exactly the same as on the internet. The customer service was excellent. She was very patient while I was measured and assured me that I would have my dress by a certain date. I was very nervous and my original dress was not going to work for me. I am so appreciative the help! I received and was very satisfied with my dress. Can't wait to wear on my party! Thank you so much!

I just ordered my dress from them and was extremely iffy about them. My personal experience with them was great. They are fast at replying and give you helpful answers. Do keep in mind to order your dress at least a whole month before you marry. They need time to make the dress and ship it to you. They ship through DHL and they have fast shipping option too. What you buy is what you get and sizes are custom to fit your body.

My review is based solely on customer service, as I found this page before I placed my order, luckily I think. I asked specific questions regarding a dress and received very little information back. I resent my questions, and they were ignored. While $300 is not a lot of money, it is still hard earned money. So, my experience was that they do not care about giving you the fine details so that later you have nothing to back up your claim of a bad job. Not taking the chance. Went on Etsy and found amazing dressmakers that need high reviews, so they care about the dress you order from them.

Dream dress. I was so nervous to buy my wedding dress online and am SO HAPPY that I decided to go for it! Cocosbride was so incredible to work with, efficient and pleasant. The dress didn't need any alterations at all and I absolutely loved it. I tell everyone to go to her now!

I ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter over two months ago that never came in.
It didn't make it for the wedding she was supposed to be a part of, and I never received any emails back regarding the item at all.
Do NOT shop here. They will take your money, then never respond to any updates about the item(s) you ordered.
Absolutely thieves and bad service.

Excellent in fabric and Tailoring, I loved it. However, a little reduced in carving so send your measurements or order 1 more sizes than you use normally.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. They sell complete knockoffs and scam customers. They sent me a dress that was completely different from what was advertised. The dress ha drips in the wanna be lace (fishnet with random designs) Save your money and go somewhere else. Charged me over $200 for the dress and told me they would not accept a return for full refund and it would cost me $160 to return it.

I've been a bridesmaid 9 times so I've had to buy thousands of dollars worth of dresses over the years. This was the first time that I actually really liked the dress and was happy with the price. $99 for a bridesmaid dress is such a relief as I've often had to pay 3x that amount. Definitely recommend to all the brides out there who don't want their friends to resent them! Being a bridesmaid shouldn't cost an arm and leg.

Absolute rubbish company. Refused to take my fiancé's concerns seriously when there were at least 5 stains on a white dress when purchased. A few of them looking like blood stains. It was a $300 dress that looked completely different from the photos on the website. They just ignore you, know they're doing the wrong thing and hope you'll shut up about it. Don't go near them.

I purchased my dress for $360, due to covid it did take longer than expected but once it arrived it fit perfect. I had custom measurements and I couldn't be happier. I was so nervous buying a dress online and it not fitting me but I'm so impressed with cocosbride.com.

I ordered a evening dress from this company and they tried to duplicate the dress I wanted. 1. They don't do express they just tell you that to get extra money. 2. They don't have that dress you ask for. 3. They duplicate the dress to make it look like the one you ordered. 4. Bad service of communication.

I was skeptical to buy anything from this site but I really liked one of the wedding dresses they had, so I took a chance, knowing that the $160 I spent on a wedding dress may or ma not work out. Well, it didn't. It didn't look anything like the picture. I tried to send it back but got nothing in return. The phone number I tried to contact didn't even work. Would not recommend this site.

This is an addition to my last review. My dress was lost, so I ordered another dress and the dress from here arrived. Customer service still isn't very good when you have issues.

I ordered a beautiful dress but unfortunately it was a bit too big so I needed to return it. They gave me a refund and even let me return it past the 7 day window. The sales representatives I worked with were so helpful and kind! I highly recommend. Shipping was fast and the dress was much higher quality than I was anticipating. I'll be ordering another dress from them (hopefully in my size this time)!

I ordered a dress for my daughter who will be a flower girl in an upcoming wedding. Not only do they falsy advertise the dresses as their own, they refuse to give you a refund when you receive their 99 cent version. The dress I ordered is pictured on the left, what I received is on the right. They want to argue with me about the color I ordered (ivory) versus what I received (white), the measurements are way off, and the dress is not the same at all. They refuse to let me return the dress to get my money back because of their false advertising. PLEASE choose a different place to order special day dresses. You will be disappointed and out your money.

We received a dress from China that wasn't what we ordered. Trying to get help regarding this fiasco is like pulling eye teeth. No where on their didn't websites (under different names) does it say they do business with China. Very disappointing!

First of all my dress got here about 2 weeks in advance than scheduled! I received SO many compliments on my wedding day about the dress I was so pleased with this website. Thank you Cocosbride for making my wedding dress dreams come true. Hope this helps!

For one, I ordered my prom dress off of here thinking I was going to get the same one until I seen the reviews which made me rethink my decision. I instantly emailed them after purchasing to inform them that I wanted to cancel my order. On their website it states if you cancel within 24 hours you will receive your full refund which I cancelled literally 10 minutes after placing my order! After waiting forever I finally received an email back stating that I'll only get 70% of my money back! I didn't want to argue so I accepted it. It's been a day and I haven't heard nor seen anything about my refund I'm livid! Do not order from this company!
