Don't order from them. If you have any doubts about your dress, it's best you go somewhere else. They will only give you a refund if it's been exactly 3 days from when you order it. It took weeks to get to me. And when it did, it was ruined. Black spot, loose threading. All they want is to partial refund me $75. The cost of it to be fixed is over $100. Don't waste your time.

They have an email in their contacts. So it's very easy to get a hold of them. Give them at least 24 hours to reply back to you.
