I just ordered my dress from them and was extremely iffy about them. My personal experience with them was great. They are fast at replying and give you helpful answers. Do keep in mind to order your dress at least a whole month before you marry. They need time to make the dress and ship it to you. They ship through DHL and they have fast shipping option too. What you buy is what you get and sizes are custom to fit your body.

Let me tell you about my experience. Not only do they ignore you but play dumb when you ask them about issues. I asked them questions about my order they gave me no answers to my problems. The whole live chat is a gimmick. They just give you a lead around and create tickets that they don't even reply to. Then when you ask for a refund they start giving you information about your order. They were sure quick to send me an email about my order being suspended but they couldn't send me a confirmation on my response. They wasted my time and money with their foolishness. If you're ordering from them please use PayPal to secure your assets. I'll update on my refund from them.
