I placed my dress order over a month ago I have had to pull teeth to get an update on my Wedding dress. I told them when I needed it by, they offered to give me a discount for the long wait which I agreed to. Then weeks later I decided I just wanted a full refund as to which they called me a liar and refuse to refund me any of my money. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES

I wanted to give a detailed review to help other brides who are thinking of buying their gown online. I am from New Zealand and when I started looking at gowns I just could not bring myself to spend thousands on a dress for just one day. So instead I started looking online. I did quite a lot of research into different websites, and read a lot of terrible stories. I found that many websites looked unreliable e. G all the pictures looked stolen from designers and prices were too good to be true. Then I found cocosbride.com. This actually made me feel better about it. I did plenty of research, and read as many independent reviews as I could find. I found that it was mostly positive. I decided that I would risk it and I ordered from Cocosbride quite early, so that if it didn't go to plan I would still have time to find another option. I read every single piece of information on the website and I was appreciative of how they were quite honest about purchasing online. Also that there was a chat section so I could ask questions. I did ask several questions about fabric options etc, and the progress of my dress once I had ordered and for each request, the person made contact with the tailor and had sent me an email with a quality reply within 24 hours which was great.

I ORDERED A DRESS AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT MY WEDDING DRESS I ALSO ORDERED TWO FLOWER GIRL DRESSES I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE I EMAILED NO REPLY I WILL BE CALLING MY CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL ORDER MY DRESS SOME WHERE ELSE

I fell in love with a dress I found. I placed my order. My dress came. Due to covid 19 I was unable to have my wedding on it's original date, (May 22nd) So I didn't think to try it on right away. When we started to get wedding things in order again, I took it to my mum's to try on. There we noticed a huge black spot on the back, we also noticed a lot of the lace was not completely tacked down. There was holes in it and just not what my dream dress was supposed to be. Now, they don't say this but it appears that you only have 3 days to return for full refund. Then under it says max allowance for partial refunds. I spent 400 bucks on this thing. They're only offering me 75 bucks! For Taylor expenses. What about the giant black stain? It's going to cost me over $100.00 to have it dry cleaned alone. In the middle of the pandemic when I get laid off I can't afford this. It's only right that they refund Enough for at least the alterations, and drycleaners. I'm asking them for just that and they refuse. Yes, it's been a few months since I received it. Tag is on it still, never worn, and messed up badly on their accord and they won't be willing to even fix the situation. Their "small employee" won't give me any other information. I do believe the return policy was just created and updated as of late. It is not the same as it was when I first looked at it. This is bull$#*!. Don't buy from them. They won't help you if your dress is messed up.

Horrible customer service and dresses are extremely low quality and unflattering. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.

My dress has not arrived and I'm waiting to get back my money... Do not order from here! I think most reviews are fake.

Fail. Worst dress ever. Not similar at the pictures. Don't buy. They don't return the money. It's not even close of what I dreamed
