Malaysian six drawer high gloss wood dresser is not made out of wood (false advertisement). Compressed trash in Malaysia started to delaminate before warranty expired. They told me that was from wear and tear in room that no one uses. Overpriced cheap crap with Costumer's service that doesn't care about customer

Ordered a desk through Amazon which came from Coaster Furniture. After spending hours putting it together I found out the rods for the file cabinet were to big for a folder to sit on correctly. Coaster said they would send me new ones. They sent me used rods that didn't fit. It's almost 2 months and problem has not been resolved. I get no updates, correspondance from them. Very unproffessional. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

Had the chair a week and the remote control works when it wants to.Sometimes.you have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work.Sometimes it just doesn't work.
The store where I purchased it said that they would get back with me,that was a couple of weeks ago,no response.
I am TOTALLY disappointed in the chair,the dealer and the company.They seem to turn out very poor quality products.

Purchase from amazon model ******* Dining Side Chair. Legs broke after 5 months. Contact with customer service name Briana Gutierrez in California. After waiting months she refused the help and close the tickets.

We bought a beautiful entry table, I wasnt expecting it to be solid wood but it said crafted from wood, I was very disappointed when the top of it was hollow and flimsy and had a plastic feel to it. It doesn't need to be described as crafted from wood when obviously is not.

Purchased the Belize power sectional. Corner back piece came out of the box with a busted zipper. Exposed wood. Contacted Coaster they will not replace it. This is a manufacturer issue. Not a retailer issue. Came from the company in the box like this. Will not buy another piece of Coaster furniture again

Purchased from Wayfair in 2018, First year the wood braces in the end seats broke. Fixed them a couple of times with reenforcing metal rods.
Foam and black webbing started to come apart and shed on the floor in year 3. The fake Naugahyde started to peel, crack and holes appeared both in seating areas and non-seats.
Could have been a good piece of furniture if they use better furniture materials and smarter construction.

I purchase a bedroom suite for nearly $3000 from a vendor. I decorated my night stand with a lamp and candle. Attempted to remove the candle in a glass jar to clean and the unused candle was stuck to the night stand. I was finally able to remove it and the paint was removed from the night stand. Also, placed a bottle of cold water on a paper towel on the night stand and the paper towel stuck to the night stand and will not come off. I reached out to the vendor who reached out to Coaster Furniture who told the vendor that's not their problem. Worse Furniture purchase ever. Poor quality and the company does not stand by its products.

Cheapest wood I have ever worked with in my life. Is damn near like paper. Broke in 4 places and had to be glued back together. Terrible company please do not purchase from them. In addition WORST instructions I've ever seen.

I have found that purchasing from this company is like throwing your money and time away. Everything comes damaged (shattered glass) and wood damaged in the process used to make the furniture. The stain is over the chipped areas on the furniture. After contacting the supplier, I was told to contact the furniture company which is Coaster Furniture and found they could do nothing to replace the shattered glass. This cabinet is quite heavy and to take it apart and send back is cumbersome as we are older. Never do business with them again. Very large waste of time and money!

Purchased a 3 piece set in March 2019 and the sofa was the biggest regret I have in life. See pictures and ask yourself if you want you sofa to look like this in 2 years. I can't even give it away!

Order online a round pedestal modern dining table. Arrived in only one pieces. Amazon claimed the rest will ship, weeks later never did. Said it was lost in transit. Wasnt shipped by prime so they claim it wasnt their fault. Could not reorder because it was discontinued by coaster. Reached out to coaster, showed reciept and proof of purchase. I told them i only recieved the table top and that the pedestal leg was missing. They sent me only the post and some screws. Im still missing more pieces which is the mounting plate and bottom base. I reach back to to them and geronima said she was order it for me. The next day she cancelled the order and closed the ticket. I asked for a manager and they blamed amazon even though they have warranty replacements. Im reporting to bbb. They have the pieces i need but wont give them to me. Horrible service.! Never again

HORRIBLE Communication from Coaster. Been dealing with if since 06/8. NO RESOLUTION. Highly DISAPPOINTED

Ordered headboard parts missing to put together told to go to Lowe's to buy parts needed NO HELP poor service

It is a beautiful piece. I love it but the corners are damaged/ banged. Pricey... so I expect a perfect condition so... three stars! Other than that, furniture is made from India and delivery was fast. Order #******* (placed on March 11,2021 7:36:58 AM GMT+5)

My furniture is now 5 years old. I called to purchase the parachute cable that extends the leg rest. They do not carry them any longer.
To be fair when i received the furniture the cable was already frayed at the handle. I showed the furniture installer and he ordered replacements. I asked for 5 extra and he ordered them also. They were always a bad design. Now i have over the 5 years replaced the 5 cables. Not a problem. However Coaster did not bother keeping inventory on the cable which I'm certain they new was a poor design.
My mistake for buying and it will not happen with Coaster products again

I purchased a counter top dining table with 4 chairs in 2015. The chairs are poorly constructed;' the rungs are secured with drywall screws 1.5 to the vertical legs, everyone of the screws were too short in length to hold the rungs in place; so I had to replace all of the screws with longer screws in order to get a permanent hold. The front rungs came loose due to the screws being to short and the ends going into the vertical legs (2) slide back and forth. Today I had to put in longer screws and glue the ends into the holes. I am going to the Dealer "Home Again" 2463 Highway 6/50 Grand Junction CO 81*******557 to inform them about this situation. Also, I discovered a crack in one of the leg (never noticed it before it blended into the dark finish) I would not buy this furniture again. *******084 Upon checking the guarantee it said to contact the dealer. My bad.
