I recently bought a purse as a gift from Coach Outlet online. They had great holiday sales. It took about a week to get my item. The quality was great, as expected. I would easily recommend this site to anyone.
It says instock and paid it, then after 4 days they cancelled and said item is hot and not instock and refund may need few days, It is kind like scammers. The remaining order not even arrive yet. Not sure they send it or not. I am going to open dispute with them. Please be aware with coachoutlet.com
I paid for 4 items, they refused to ship them and refused to refund me. Now they send me two emails saying items were delivered, like a week before I was told by customer service that they haven't shipped and won't ship for a couple of week at least because of coronavirus. They have fake tracking numbers, showing my items were delivered to a different address and as you click on the link it shows it was delivered to another address. Nothing was shipped, and I was charged almost a thousand dollars. I will make sure they can't operate this scheme anymore. Do not buy from these con artists! I will see them in court and more!
Received after about a week. Item didnt look as described. After trying numerous times to print label myself n not able I called. They said they have to n i had to pay $7.50 to get the label. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time with this website. Horrible
Do not buy anything from this store they are sending the wrong item! I wanted to buy the yellow dress, but instead of that, they gave me a dress without sleeves, and I don't wear clothes without sleeves. Also, the costumer service isn't helpful. I am very disappointed.
I waited an hour and 30 minutes on the phone and still didn't reach a representative. I give up with this place. If their website didn't suck so bad, I wouldn't have to call them in the first place...
As I have read most of the negative reviews I am legitimately surprised. I have ordered easily 20 times from this site and have had nothing but a positive experience. I have also ordered online and picked up from the outlet store in Edenburgh Indiana. My items have just about always shipped out in a time manner, in about 4 days from when I have ordered. I have only had one experience when it took a week to ship out! So I would say do not let these negative reviews deter you from ordering from this site and getting a nice discount! I would highly recommend it!
I ordered a purse in the middle of November, checked the status and it was not yet delivered. They said they were out of stock. She said it would be restocked on Dec 5th and shipped December 7th. Still not shipped, been waiting on the line for 45 minutes and still no customer service representative is taking the call. Worst experience as a first time customer. I do not recommend ordering anything from here.
Online customer service is degradable, you get no where with them just one lie after the other lie. The sad part is management is no better, I waited almost a month on a backpack,ups waiting on package all the the time customer service had canceled my order with my knowledge, yet I was being told holiday delays, two weeks later I still waiting on my refund in which was processed by coach ( according by the email) assuming the criteria to work for coach you must've a great liar.

I purchased a Sig gallery tote and it came with defects. The bag is brown and it had spots I cleaned it and the next day it still appeared. On top of that the zipper was not even straight. I called the costumer service I spoke to Aaron and Christian and they were very rude and unprofessional. They need more training thru the company to learn how to respectfully help and listen to the costumer. Then I spoke to Steve J and Albert, these two were very helpful when it came to solving my issue. I wish I didn't have this problem because I would give 5 stars just for them. I hope everyone can learn to be like them polite and helpful.
Bought 2 jackets, never received email confirmation and isn't show on my order history too. I need to return one of them, but without order information I can't do it. The lady on the phone only provided me order number and said without PO information I can't return it. Yes I need PO info but she can't provide me anything to return it? Worse website ever and bad customer services. Do you think anyone will return only paperwork without stuff?
I have tried for days to order from the Coach Outlet website, but it is not responsive. I put items in my cart about a dozen times and immediately went to pay for them only for the website to not process my payment. I don't have time to sit in a que waiting to order over the phone. Now, I see other people are not happy with their purchase. Coach needs to get their act together all the way around.
I placed 3 orders at 3 different times. The first one was canceled with no explanation. When I reached out to them, they replied that the item was out of stock. Okay, it happens, so I then ordered two different bags on 12/10 for Christmas gifts. On 12/22 I finally reached out to them to let them know there was no tracking activity and their solution was to issue a merchandise certificate. I insisted on a full refund, which they agreed to issue. Again, they didn't reach out to me I had to contact them! The third order was okay...overpriced for an outlet store, but that's on me. I will never do business with this company again, including any Coach item! Now I have to get back out in the cold to purchase Christmas gifts that I thought were covered. Terrible, terrible customer service.
I had this coach purse for two years. And the straps are falling apart. Very cheaply made. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this purse. I've had other coach purses. And never have they done this.
The product delivered to me is not the one I ordered. Took a long time to talk to customer service. Finally convinced her the product is wrong after a picture was sent to her email. First directed me to drive 3.5 hours to return to a store, and then asked me to send back by UPS and pay for the shipping (said they will pay my postage back but I don't know if they are honest or not). They can not send me replacement until they receive the wrong product back. My holiday gift plan is screwed because of their mistake and refusal to help. They do not allow you cancel the order even if you call them right after you placed the order and realized there was a mistake. Highly recommend anybody to rethink before placing order with coachoutlet.com.
I have been patiently waiting for a purse I purchased from the coach outlet store before the year ended in 2019 and was told it was on back order. I then wait patiently as I was not rushing and after 3 weeks they send me a message saying the item is no longer available and the money has been returned. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Coach outlet as they held my money for an item I thought I would receive for a discounted price for weeks to then later tell me I won't be getting it.
I'm so sad that I didn't look at the reviews before purchasing. They evidently lie and say that send your package and it doesn't show. My status says delivered and it wasn't. Also, they won't change the address to send it to a different address when you don't receive the 1st shipment. I've never truly experienced that type of customer service. I believe this is a scam and I may never get my money back or the purse I received. DON'T trust it.
Called three times about an order that was placed on October 27 and still has not been received. I was on hold for an hour each time I called. My call was actually answered on only one of these occasions. Don't waste your time on this site.
I placed an order on Nov 1,2020 and haven't received my items yet. It's been well over a month and almost a new year. I call customer service and they said i should receive my items in 6-8 business day. What a rip off.
Do not go to the Coach outlet at Johnson's Creek. I was a previous customer of theirs and have actually purchased three bags before. Each time the customer service has gotten worse and worse and worse. This last time rather than provide me with any assistance they sent some effeminate man with purple hair to stand by the door and watch me as though I was about to steal something. I went to purchase my sister and mother were born on the same day Coach bags. I will never come to this coach again. This is the last time that I go through this nonsense with them.
I will conclude with I wish that it was possible to give less than a one.
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
