They are the worst and very pathetic. They mislead people and make them assume that items are in stock and when you finally order, they cancel your order. I've had this happened twice to me. I will not order from them again. If I could give them no star I would.
I returned a purse on10/9 it was Rex's in jacksonville according to email they started processing 10/18 and would receive 5-7 days today I checked and the return is missing and they want tracking number again to start refund and it's now 30 days since this started. Very disappointing
I have placed many orders from Coach outlet over the years, and it's always a risk. Sometimes they ship quickly. Most of the time they ship slowly. They often cancel your order altogether after holding your money for over a week because they oversold the item. I do not believe for a single second that they fulfill orders in the order in which they are placed.
Scam-y legit website. Used a gift card to order a wallet, $69.50. That was 17 Dec 2017. Item was to arrive before 24 Dec, in time for Christmas. It's 13 Jan 2018 today and my order status is still in PENDING! I have sent multiple e-mails to them, and have yet to receive a response. They must be scammers operating a legit website. COACH please refund the money to me or send me my wallet. My order is Z*******.
The worst online experience with seller Dcqut who is a Coach seller but does not deliver customer products as description gives! Ordered in March 2021, received ordered June 3,2021! Order shipped from China but Dcqut does not inform buyer he orders from another country! Purses I ordered are not genuine leather, are not genuine Coach purses and are nothing as shown on pictures in outlet store online! Does not make Coach look good at all!

I was trying to purchase a bag from coachoutlet.com for mother's day. Twice the payment was rejected on the mobile site. So I got on my laptop trying to see if it would work. Again the oder was denied because of an error in the payment information. When I checked my bank account the first two transactions had been refunded immediately. But the third transaction is still pending and put a hold on my account. While waiting for the payment to clear or go through, so I can dispute this payment, the purse I wanted is no longer available. I also spent 2 hours on hold with customer service they were very short and rude and offered no solutions. As a coach customer for many years I am very disappointed with their online purchasing as well as the customer service. Runied my mother's day.
I purchased a few items online and literally a few days after I ordered they offered an additional 25% off. Customer service would not grant me the additional 25% off I would have to return all the items and re-order them which is absurd. I've been shopping at Coach for many years and now they lost another valued customer.
I could not believe that the Coach brand would all anyone to sell such poor quality merchandise while using the Coach name. The Val duffle was described as coated canvas. The purse was made obviously of plastic. The strap was also made of very poor quality material. Not leather as described. I will never order from Coach outlet again and also don't recommend.
I bought one of their fanny packs that was incredibly expensive, bc I trust the brand and the style.And even when i bought the product, which broke 6 months into use, I still decided to keep it for longer to try and fix it but No one would help me, so I decided to call coach services which they told me to come to the store so they could send it and fix it which I clearly stated to the manager and the workers. Then they continued to state that even though i havent used it for a year i still had it in my possession for a year and they told me that I had to pay double the amount for the product to be fixed. They kept me at the register for over 30 minutes to do an exchange from an online purchase to in store. So overall my experience at coach was a terrible one and please don't buy anything from here that includes a buckle bc the manager even said that the reason my buckle got broken was because I was using it everyday.
I purchased a wristlet on coachoutlet.com. I never received a confirmation email. My bank already cleared/paid the money. I contacted coach several times but they say there is no order in my name or email address. CORRUPT COMPANY!
Made a purchase on November 22 and now its December 7, no updates at all. I have been trying to contact them via email and also called. I was on hold for 30 minutes plus and still I wasn't able to speak to anyone. Sad
I ordered the handbag on November 18 and was sent an email saying the order should ship on 11/21 which is back order. Customer service does not answer the calls. I waited 55min before I continued my day. I will never use this site again.
Ordered a crossbody bag on December 13,2020, supposed to be a Christmas gift... After exactly 1 month, I got an email with a UPS tracking number. I hope it won't take another month before they finally ship my order as tracking status says "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet". Hopefully it worth the wait...
Ordered Gallery tote in signature canvas. It arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. Beautiful bag. Well made. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely will order again from the coachoutlet.com site.
Knew about this outlet shop awhile now, but was hesitant to buy because I was afraid I would get unpleasing items! Have no fear! I bought so many handbags, wallet wristlets, crossbody bags and much more for great prices. Shipping is also very quick! I recommend.
So I ordered a handbag on December 11,2020. It has been sitting in "processing" status and the date today is December 23,2020. I called their customer service and have been on hold for over an hour - not sure how much more time I care to waste. I really just wanted to make sure it was still a valid order as the credit card transaction has now disappeared from my online app. Soooooo... won't be ordering from them again. It's unfortunate they can't manage their call centre a little more expeditiously, an hour or longer on hold? Really? It doesn't matter if it doesnt arrive for christmas as I purchased it for myself would have liked some assurances that I will eventually receive it. Disappointed in Canada... Thought Coach was better than this.
As much as I love this brand, unfortunately, I'm done with them forever. They use laser ship, which is a bootleg delivery company and I've had three packages I never received. I was given a refund for one of those packages. So i gave them another chance. But here we are again. I have a missing package as of today. They don't respect the customer by using a delivery service who don't care to deliver your packages. And the packages I did receive were torn boxes that look as if someone opened my package and retaped it before delivering to me. I'm done Coach. Fck you
I ordered this item with 2 weeks to go until christmas, it indicated it would be delivered within 7 to 9 business days. After a week the status was changed to backordered, then the next day to cancelled. IF YOU DON'T HAVE INVENTORY WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING PEOPLE TO ORDER ITEMS. AN ABSOLUTE FALIURE OF A COMPANY.
This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I ordered a coach iPhone wallet case in January and when I received it, it was too small.
I sent it back, gave coach the proof of delivery, tracking info which shows when they received the wallet back. Its been 5 weeks and I still haven't received a refund,
I called today to discuss my refund and they decided not to refund me, but send me a new iPhone case that I didn't request. They claim it was sent 2 weeks ago, but couldn't provide a tracking #.
I am so done with shopping at coach. I will NEVER buy another item from Coach.
I put in my order on November 19th and it's been 2 weeks now and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. I've emailed and called but none has been answered. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else!
Answer: I placed an order on Nov 30th. Today is Dec 18 and the order has yet to be processed but they quickly took my money.
Answer: It took 3 days to get my shipment details then after it was shipped it arrived 5 days later
