Item was lost
May 10, 2021

I ordered two items, one was delivered and the other ended up getting lost, it was for a birthday so I'm very upset I couldn't give the watch to them on their birthday. I'm still having issues with getting the watch I ordered and it's been about 3 weeks.

Unless you already have an account made, don't do any last minute shopping on their cite. Honestly, just don't use it. I wasn't given a tracking number, a receipt, nothing. I couldn't even go back to the webpage to try to cancel the order. Yet my card said it was charged the cost of the bag, and the payment is still processing. L website.

This is by far the worst online store out there. They knowingly sell items that aren't even in stock and will never be in stock. They wait weeks to let you know your order is cancelled, if they let you know at all. They also say your order will be shipped from a store and then nothing ever arrives. The order simply gets cancelled with no notification. And if paying with PayPal, beware, they will put a pending authorization on your account holding your money for 30 days, even if your order never ships. In summary, this website needs to be shut down for fraudulently selling merchandise they don't have.

Ordered and received a purse and decided it was too small so I wanted to return it. The box contained a return slip and label. The slip says "affix the prepaid ups return label (included in your order) to the box and return" however the label provided was not prepaid. Tried to contact and that's impossible so I contacted bbb who contacted them and they responded they do not provide return postage. That would be fine except the document they provided says they do. So basically they are liars. Not sure their connection to the real coach stores but I will not ever purchase a coach item again because I dont deal with liars. I have probably purchased have 20+ coach purses and wallets in my life.

Where is my order?!
November 20, 2020

I purchased online worth $250 and it has been deducted immediately from my card but I haven't received any shipment details. Yes, I received a confirmation about my order with the order number but what about the shipment? I keep on checking the bags that I ordered if those are back order but no! So where is my shipping details? It's been a week! Why are u not shipping my order?

Update: I placed an order on Nov 17, they shipped it on Nov 22, and will wait for it to be delivered. I will update my post. I tried to call the customer service support but I was on hold for 2 hrs!

I received my order today. My order wasn't shipped from US but from the outlet based in Ontario. Im very very satisfied! Well packed and really nice! Im super happy!

Do not order online
December 22, 2020

I placed an order over a month ago for a Christmas gift and I am still waiting and it's 3 days until Christmas. I called customer service several times and waited over an hour on hold until I gave up. I am so disappointed. I am trying to get a refund. Can someone from coach help me

After being promised 5-7 day delivery, I called on day 11 only to find out that my order hadn't even shipped yet. While inquiring why and when it might be shipped, the rep hung up on me. Now they won't answer the phone. This is the worst customer service ever. They lie to you to get you to purchase then they are incredibly rude. I'm canceling my order and never coming back.

Double charges
November 15, 2020

I purchased a purse, wallet and wristlet from Coach outlet online and they charged my debit card twice. I called customer care and was on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up. I then sent an email to them asking for an explanation but to no avail, I received no response. That's not even the part that bee hooves me, what bee hooves me was "I have yet to receive my items."

Terrible Service

I know we are in a pandemic and companies are being stretched but Coach Outlet Customer Service has been the worst company to deal with during this time. I had a order that wasn't shipped for three weeks and was "processing". I called twice and was on hold both times for almost an hour. During both calls they told me my order could not be cancelled and they were working on it. However, During the second call I demanded to speak with a manager in order to cancel the order and miraculously it could then be done. In addition to the calls I did try to submit online inquiries before I made calls because I knew their customer service may be stretched. I figured I could wait for an online response. Neither of those online inquiries were ever responded to. If Coach Outlet is unable to effectively meet the needs of their online customers then they should stop their online business.

I have had a terrible experience with Coach outlet. UPS lost my bag and instead of a refund, they sent me a merchandise card, despite them promising a refund to my credit card. I have rung them multiple times and it is still not resolved. Do not buy from them.

My ears were pierced 50 years ago. I'm 67 years young and purchased the lock and key earrings. I was excited when they arrived and tried them 2 days later. I usually sleep in my earrings so I slept in these. The lock was on the right ear; the key on the left. Now the right ear lobe is infected, swollen and hurting. I've applied peroxide and alcohol and pray that no keloid forms. It might be my skin...I doubt it, though. I really like the earrings but I don't think they're fir me. Maybe I'll just wear the key only...maybe not.

The delivery failed and they refused to refund. They also provided some fake tracking number, after I inquired for 3 months, to "prove" they delivered it. That number I have never seen in my order confirmation, and I have never received that package. I cannot even tell if that tracking number is destined to my address.

I would review it however I never received it. It was ordered on November 29th 2020. I have not received a shipping update. No tracking updates, nothing. The other item arrived from out of nowhere. No notification that part of my order had shipped. Nothing.
Ordering from Coach Outlet has been my worst online shopping experience ever. They won't respond to emails, and they will not answer the phone. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company

I went to this site thinking it was real and purchased 3 coach bags... A few days later I noticed a charge on my bank acct. For $181.16 from China. I completely forgot about my charge and called the bank to cancel that transaction which they did but few weeks later I received a denial letter from bank in regards to the investigation as they claim the goods were shipped and received. I went online to find out more information about that tracking #, it got me nowhere, I contact DHL company they use to ship from China and they couldn't help me as there was no insurance for the product. Make long story short, No purses, No money, No response from anyone on that site!. Stay way it's a scam!

Where's my package!

I ordered on 12/6/2020 and today is 12/14/2020 tracking still says package is still at Jacksonville GL USPS facility waiting to be shipped. I ordered at the same time and after from other companies and received those orders. I will not order from coach outlet again and will request a refund!

HORRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have spent Thousands of dollars at Coach stores. This time i wanted to return a Coach Bag and wallet.
Because i had the little tab monogramed they would not take anything back and said it was defective. The tab is something separate that can be replaced. I offered to buy a new one and was told NO. This customer service was horrible. It could have been easily handled. I will never buy a Coach product again. Do not go into The Coach store at Mohegan Sun. They don't care.

I ordered a purse on 10-16-2020 and after several emails to customer service. I was finally advised that the collection is on back order and they don't know when it will ship. This is very concerning, like why wasn't I told this when ordering it. I am very disappointed with Coach and will not be making any other purchases with them. This is unacceptable, as I am a valued customer.
