Out of Stock Email
December 1, 2021

Purchased 3 items for someone that has a December 11 birthday. A few hours later, I get an email saying 2 of the 3 things are out of stock and won't ship til December 15. Why didn't they say... on the site... that something was out of stock?! I ask customer service to just cancel it and they say they can't, that it will come from a store. Then if I want to return it, I have to pay to ship it back. Trash. Won't order from them again.

Worst Service Ever!
October 19, 2020

I purchase from many e-commerce sites and receive packages daily. I recently purchased from coachoutlet.com and it has been 9 days - emailed them at least 5 times, called them 4 times and they said they had stock and will ship soon... then gave me all sorts of excuses such as moving warehouses and the shipping departments issues. They assured it would be shipped today and I would receive an email from UPS with tracking number. Well guess what? Surprise, surprise... no email and order still shows pending on their website. This is a world wide reputable company, how can the service be so horrible? 9 days and counting and still nothing...

Ugh!

Wish I would have come across this site prior to placing an order 4 weeks ago. No product, no update, no nothing! Customer Service is useless. NEVER again. Big fail Coach.

Inconsistent

I have purchased from Coach outlet on their website at least 5-6 times prior to this experience and really never had any issues until recently. I placed an order for 5 items on 11/29 which included a Christmas Gift for my mom and my aunt. I chose the no rush shipping since it guaranteed to arrive within 7-9 days, no big deal, plenty of time right? Wrong! They back ordered one of the items 4 days after I placed my order... Lost half my order and the last part still has not shipped yet and they keep giving me the run around. They sell products and take your money for items they do not even have in stock... I have had to call customer service 3 different times and its at least 2 hours before you get to speak with someone with no resolution given at all and no empathy whatsoever.

After several time trying to place my order online i got an automatic cancelation! This is totally fake website, am sure they cant fulfil customers order that's why my 6 orders cancelled! I tried from outside US and inside US with 2 debit and credit card but non of the orders happened 0 experience 0 customer care 0 horrible brand i wont buy again from coach.

P. S dont waste your time scrolling in a fake website.

Their ads on yt are so obnoxious on their own (promoting a bunch of talentless hacks aka influencers), but as a former coach employee...their work practises + how they treat employees are beyond gross. Do not give your money to this company

Unbelievable hold times!
December 21, 2020

I placed my check order on December 6 and it hasn't arrived as of today, December 21! The website offers no updates, only says "processing " calling customer service is a joke, was on his for 45 minutes. Never ever again would I order from Coach, I can't believe this is how they run a business.

I tried to order a bag online with no luck because the website was unresponsive. I called customer service and ordered the bag online. I received no confirmation by email as promised. Emailed a few days ago for status, just received tis morning. It is the wrong color. I spent over 50 minutes on the phone and finally hung up. Not paying for return shipping. Hopefully, I'll catch UPS without them delivering it. NEVER again! My time is worth a bit more than this.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered online 12/18/2020, I have yet to receive the package OR a status update. Called and spoke with a CSA, shocked it's taking this long and advised me the order will ship immediately. That was 3 days ago... still no status update. The "new" coach is NOT worth all this trouble. So very disappointed.

Stained bag
December 21, 2021

This is the 2nd time I've received a damaged bag. It's unacceptable and they make you pay to mail it back. Do not order from Coach Outlet, you will be disappointed. Stick with Michael Kors.
I'm disgusted, a few days before Christmas and they mail an obvious stained bag.

Terrible service
November 6, 2020

I placed an order on their website and 5 days later I got shipment notification. But the package takes forever to arrive. Every time I checked the shipment status on their website, the anticipated delivery date keeps postponing. Now it has been 2 weeks since I got the shipment notification email, still I haven't received my order. The mysteries part is the tracking number they provided shows invalid on UPS official website.
Finally I decided to call customer service *******040) to figure out what's going on. I have been waiting for ~ 50 mins and nobody picks up the phone! I ran out of my patience.
Worst shopping experience ever!

You would think with businesses losing money through out this pandemic that coach would actually process and complete orders from willing to pay consumers. But no, I have tried on several occasions to place an order either online or over the phone with the same results. There is a withdrawal from your checking account but a week or two later the money is back in the account due to coach cancelling the order. I was even told by the sales person since I completed my order over the phone I would be guaranteed to receive my order, which of course didn't happen. I guess they only put good deals online to lure you in and once you are there suddenly that item is no longer in stock and they hope you purchase something more expensive. Cheap tactic, but hey what ever works right?

Just Don't Do It
June 8, 2021

Shipping is terrible. They create a label to make you think it has shipped and provide a delivery date based on such. Don't believe it, it will be revised. Your order will sit around in their warehouse for several more days after the label is printed before it goes to UPS Mail Innovations. It would get here faster on the Mayflower, if it gets here at all. Shipping time noted on the website is 5-7 days. Customer service then hedged their bets and said 10 business days after it ships. They don't even count processing, which can be whatever. Not worth the frustration.

I was sent an invite to shop the coachoutlet.com sales. I have purchased well over $2K in merchandise, and have always received my items within 4 business days after the orders were placed. I am very confused by the people on here saying coachoutlet.com is fake... really. I can log on to the site and see all my old orders I purchased from coach.com, because they are affiliated. Maybe all the people leaving negative reviews went to (coach-outlet.us.com) which is definitely a fake Coach site. Do your research before you bad mouth a legitimate company.

Ordered a backpack and apparently it was too small for using it on daily basis, so I decided to return it.
The returns section info has a lot of different crap. Like i paid with PayPal, and the only way I can return it is through mail. I was like wtf. I have a coach outlet about 2 miles away from
Me and if i returned the backpack there, i could only get a gift card.
Either way, I went to postal office and I paid 20$ for the return. It's a crazy price regarding that most brands provide with either with free return or at least affordable ones.
I'm never going to shop at Coach Outlet Online Store anymore. Just a rip-off.
I mean it might be good for those who are confident in their purchase. But if coach wants no returns, then post more pictures so people can see size and details. That's crazy.

I ordered several weeks ago and the order says "processing". Have called customer service multiple times and am always on hold forever, the longest over an hour. I really wish I had read these numerous horrible reviews before falling victim to them. Will never order again and seriously doubt I will ever get what I paid for... such a horrible experience for supposedly such a high-end product! Don't waste your time/money.

I went to outlet in Vacaville CA I purchased a purse at $250. I noticed no dust bag with my purchase so I go ack into store to request a dust bag. Customer service was just ridiculous and rude. I was told that they do not give or come with dust bags. When I questioned this I was told "oh I don't know why we don't give out dust bags" zero stars should be an option. Coach really isn't what it once was. Even there quality is gone to crap

Horrible Service

I ordered my stuff on 11/29. Why the hell would it be shipped usps? 3 days before Xmas and I don't have my gifts and noone can tell me where they are. I will never buy from them again. There are too many other designer bags out there.

I placed an order 9 days ago that I wanted quickly so even though I qualified for free delivery in 5-7 business days, I paid $17.50 for expedited delivery. I attempted to contact them several times via their feedback and customer service electronic response tools on their website to try and cancel once I realized that it wasn't shipping in a reasonable time, but have yet to even receive an electronically generated "we got your message" response. I've tried twice before today to call their customer service line but the hold was always so long I'd give up. Today I am still on hold waiting for a customer service agent after 1 hour and 32 minutes. I can only assume the item was not in stock and so not alerting me that it was a back ordered item feels extremely unethical, especially after accepting my extra shipping payment for expedited delivery. When trying to track the shipment, UPS doesn't even reflect receipt of the item yet

A big stinker
December 23, 2020

I understand that the holidays will always be busy, but I ordered a gift 4 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped. Took me 4 days to get in touch with someone from customer service, press 1 instead of 3 to speak with someone. Now my gift for my mom isn't even coming and there's no way to cancel it to buy something else. Highly disappointed because it said it would be here by Christmas. A big stinker.
