Ok, I do a lot of online shopping at Couch and at the store close by my location. The reason I am giving Couch a 1 star is because the lack of communication between employees and miss information, I purchase a t-shirt online on the 21st and their website said it will take within 5 -7 business day. I checked the tracking information and at first it said shirt was going to arrived on March 29th which I was a little surprised UPS don't shipped on Sundays so I called in the 1-800 number explained to a lady the whole situation and she stated I apologize for the inconvenience I will go ahead and notated on the system if you don't received the merchandize by Wednesday give us a call and we will issue you a gift card for the whole amount of the shirt, so I called today speak to a different lady stating a completely different story now she said they change their shipping option from 5-7 business day to 5-9 business day but is not listed on their website that they change the shipping option and now my tracking stated my shirt will arrived on Thursday 31st. And that she will issue me a $10.00 gift card. So is not about the money I am complaining and giving a bad review is about the lack of communication between employees. Coach needs to trained their employee in a professional way.

I ordered four ID Lanyard with POP Floral Prints in November 2021. When the order arrived I only received one of the four. When I called the outlet the Manger all but accused me of lying. They gave me a credit back but now they have banned me from any online orders.

I just wanted to warn everyone whose order is wrong this could happen to you. Maybe only order one item.

WORST EXPERIENCE
March 15, 2022

This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I ordered a coach iPhone wallet case in January and when I received it, it was too small.
I sent it back, gave coach the proof of delivery, tracking info which shows when they received the wallet back. Its been 5 weeks and I still haven't received a refund,
I called today to discuss my refund and they decided not to refund me, but send me a new iPhone case that I didn't request. They claim it was sent 2 weeks ago, but couldn't provide a tracking #.
I am so done with shopping at coach. I will NEVER buy another item from Coach.

Pésimo servicio!

Si pudiera no poner una estrella lo haria. Hace cinco semanas regresé un pedido. Hasta el día de hoy no me reembolsan el dinero. El servicio al clientes deja mucho que desear. Empresa poco seria. Pésimo servicio.

I want my money back now!

I placed a order on 11/25/21 for a pair of shoes and a wristlet and have not received either! I was promised my order by Dec 2,2021, the items were suppose to be Christmas presents but they never came, each time I check the delivery status the date moves further out, I have called several times to be told it looks like it's sitting in the warehouses waiting yo be picked up by LaserShip, the next call I was told I would receive the items by Dec 10th, it's Feb 28th 2022 and still no items, I disputed the $69.12 charge and still trying to get my money! I will never ever order from Coach outlet.com again, if y'all were having shipping issues with LaserShip y'all need to take that up with them and find another company to get us customers our orders! I been disputing $69.12 for 3 mos, y'all should be ashame of yourselves All these people writing these reviews are not lying!

I ordered a bag which I was told was on back order til March so my bank refunded me and I told coach customer service that I want to cancel the order. So I was told it would be canceled in 1 to 3 days. Then they shipped it on expedited shipping and charged my card again. Now I see how they lie because it wasn't canceled and apparently not on back order. They rushed it just to make a sale. Greedy company and I'm done with them. I am shipping it back but I'm being charged 7 dollars for shipping. I'm mad at this whole thing.

HORRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have spent Thousands of dollars at Coach stores. This time i wanted to return a Coach Bag and wallet.
Because i had the little tab monogramed they would not take anything back and said it was defective. The tab is something separate that can be replaced. I offered to buy a new one and was told NO. This customer service was horrible. It could have been easily handled. I will never buy a Coach product again. Do not go into The Coach store at Mohegan Sun. They don't care.

After several time trying to place my order online i got an automatic cancelation! This is totally fake website, am sure they cant fulfil customers order that's why my 6 orders cancelled! I tried from outside US and inside US with 2 debit and credit card but non of the orders happened 0 experience 0 customer care 0 horrible brand i wont buy again from coach.

P. S dont waste your time scrolling in a fake website.

Garbage instead of goods

I bought a Beckett Slim Brief With Check Geo Print from them. The quality is worse than cheap $15 Chinese bags. The divider tab turned out to be made of leather substitute and began to peel off even when I had never used the briefcase. Think about it - new, never used with labels. The whole design does not stand up to any criticism, if I put my Lenovo think pad in my briefcase, then both side pockets open. From now on I will never buy the Coach brand - this is rubbish of the unworthy and 10 percent of the price paid.

They are the worst and very pathetic. They mislead people and make them assume that items are in stock and when you finally order, they cancel your order. I've had this happened twice to me. I will not order from them again. If I could give them no star I would.

They won't tell you...

Okay, I ordered three things on their online website. A charm, sudds, and a keychain. I paid for them through PayPal. I got an email saying they got my order. I never received an email stating that my order was canceled because, they were out of stock. I had to call them to find this out! The reason I called them was because, when I tried to track my shipment, it said that tracking number doesn't exist! When I first called a customer service rep named, Amy told me two out of the three items were canceled. She said only the keychain was coming. I asked Amy why wasn't I told something? Why have it on the website? When do I get my money back? Why haven't I gotten my money back through PayPal? All what Amy did was breathe heavily. I asked it she was there. Amy replied with, she was waiting for me to tell her what to do. I said, give me my money back all of it. Amy response with, give us the items back. Amy didn't drink her coffee this morning because, clearly she didn't understand that I DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS BECAUSE COACH CANCELED MY ITEMS! I told Amy I wanted to speak to someone else. She supposedly did and said have a nice day in a snark way. I hunged up immediately and called again because, I knew Amy just put me on hold. I didn't yelled at Amy BTW so, there was no reason for her to have a ugly attitude. I did get more help and a 15 percent off my next purchase. I will never do any purchases from Coach. I don't trust them with doing such business with them. No communication, bad customer service, etc. Coach, selling something to a customer and then cancel the product is bad business. Not communicating with the customer is bad business. The last business who did this to me is now out of business. Beware everyone!

Processing SUCKS!

Tried several times to order purses online and the order would never go through. I worked overtime just to purchase $800 worth of pocket books with the matching wallets and couldn't even get my items processed. So disappointing.

Just made my first purchase from Coach Outlet online. The bag came unwrapped and thrown into a large mail envelope. I know these are purses at a discounted rate, but the purse was still $150. The purse was damaged and warped in multiple places, likely due to not being packaged property in shipping. According to the receipt, it came from the Phoenix outlet store. I called and spoke with two people there, and it sounds like this is completely normal for them to ship things out this poorly. If they treat their product like it is worthless, then I will definitely never shop from this site again.

Customer service SUCKS

Don't forget your password or you'll never be able to reset it because their reset password link DOES NOT WORK. Ive tried to reset my password over 30 times in the last few days and it's not sending the email to reset it.

Emailing them is useless because all you'll get is a form email

These people are complete idiots and don't seem to understand or want to accept the fact the reset password is NOT WORKING.

Ive even called their customer service and while they verified I am using the correct email even they weren't able to reset the password and ended up just telling me to "wait an hour to see if I get the email". Well I've been waiting for 3 DAYS.

I give up, I'm going to unsubscribe from them since they can't even get that right.

Worst experience in online shopping!
I bought a bag for $283 dollars and found it $50 dollars cheaper on other websites. Before it got shipped I contacted the customer service and sent them an email saying that I would like to cancel the order as it is more expensive comparing to the rest of the websites. The answer that I received was we cannot cancel the order even though it was shipped yet, and you can return it once you receive it, and you won't pay for the shipping label. In fact it was not true, when I got the bag to return it they said that I will need to pay for the shipping back. Customer service and boss were so rude and not helpful at all.
How would you trust a store that sells the items more exopensive, also do not appreciate their customers and they train their customer service representative on not saying the truth as if they want to get rid of their bags by throwing it to you?

I purchased a pair of the hampton flipflops and recieved a pair of fuzzy slides, i called customer service and kept being placed on hold and havingto explan the issue to three different people to only be told that the flip flops were no longer avalibke in my size and that they can credit me my money back to my cc. I just dont understand why I would not receive a email stating that they were not avalible instead of shopping me whatever they had in the store?... im very dissatisfied and will no longer purchase from coach

I ordered a bag during their Black Friday deals, and realized after a day that it wasn't the bag I really wanted, so I sent a nice email asking if they could cancel the transaction. It took a couple days to get a response, but they had no problem doing it. Refund was processed to my bank within two days. Ordered the bag I bag I wanted, and while processing took longer than normal, it's understandable given the circumstances. I will say it takes about a week once something ships to get to your house.

Be aware with coach website

It says instock and paid it, then after 4 days they cancelled and said item is hot and not instock and refund may need few days, It is kind like scammers. The remaining order not even arrive yet. Not sure they send it or not. I am going to open dispute with them. Please be aware with coachoutlet.com
