I don't even know where to begin. I ordered the Dalarie dress and received it yesterday. Upon opening the package, I noticed that not only was the dress ripped, it was also stained. There is a large black scratch stain on the dress approximately 5 inches long on a light fabric. I proceeded to contact customer service. I spent $240 on this dress and as a customer when you order an item, you expect it to come in and be in perfect condition. Not only was this dress ripped, it was also stained. Upon contacting customer service, they told me to simply ship the item back? I needed this dress for my baby shower next week. How is it my fault as a customer that you guys sent me a damaged dress? To tell the customer to just simply ship the item back when your company is sending out damaged products without checking is actually insane. As a customer I would expect more considering this is 100% the company's responsibility. I proceeded to ask for a refund and all they would give me is 20%. Keep I mind that's $39. That is not enough of a refund for me to have a seamstress sew the rip and have the dress cleaned professionally. Not to mention I shouldn't even be having to do this in the first place considering I should have received an item in proper condition. Now I have a refund of $39 and have to go out of my way to get my item cleaned and sewn because customer service does not want to take accountability for their poor quality, lack of quality checks, and terrible customer service.

The same dress I purchased for $165 is now priced at $210 if I want to buy a size bigger. I was extremely disappointed. Not only do I have a dress that is too small despite selecting the correct size according to the provided sizing chart, but if I want to exchange or return it for a larger size, I will have to pay a significantly higher price. Their respond to my email was" Unfortunately the exchange rate has increased, which means the item you ordered has also increased in price to reflect this" which part of that respond make sense? Ammara, if that's even her actual name, was rude and unhelpful. The site charged me for wrong items. Charged me for two returns. Emailed them immediately to cancel and no response. No goodwill, no nothing. Corporate greed at its finest.

This shop is 100% a scam, the customer service is terrible and unreliable. They gave me different contradictory excuses, none of them made sense.
I am currently in a dispute on PayPal with them, but I doubt I will see any of my money back.
Do yourself a favour. Stay away from this shop. The quality is super poor. The shipping and return costs are extremely high, and on top of that they will steal your money. It is not worth it.
Better go to a realible shop, that is maybe a bit more expensive, but at the end you will not lose so much money as I did.

Dress purchased for a wedding at the last moment. Upon arrival the dress was ripped. I photographed the dress and managed to secure the tear with a safety pin and change in hair style.
For £120 I felt it was a poor quality product and sent this back.
I later received an email stating ' Hi' no acknowledgment of my name and of a very accusatory tone refusing to provide a refund. Avoid if possible. Even if you're desperate like I was.

The item isn't same as on the picture, be careful it's a fake dress. But happy I got my money back after 2 weeks, only paid for delivery €10,50 to return. This money they didn't return. This is just from that story, when we expect something beautiful, but in reality something completely different comes. Anyway it was a good lesson for me, not always an expensive thing will be better then cheapest. Not recommended this shop. I have pictures with expecting dress and what I got on reality, but can't add to here it's say 300*300 pixels need, I don't know how to do it.

Bought 2 dresses, 1 of which was misshaped and disfigured. I contacted Club L London within 30 days. They played games back and forth until it was too late to return. Finally sent me a link that would not allow a return because it was too late. If you ah e business practices like Club L London #clubllondon you should not be in business. Buyer beware their tactics to scam the consumer are disgraceful. And over a small amount of money. Unbelievable

I feel like I've been scammed by this company and reading some of the reviews they seem to have form for this type of thing.
I purchased a number of outfits for my hen party, I tried them on, kept one and returned the rest. All still had the label and protective tag on. I returned the items on the same day. They are clearly unworn. Club L rejected the return of the most expensive item (£150 jumpsuit) claiming it had a dirty crotch, they sent pictures which showed nothing but white interior - when I challenged them on what the pictures actually show they said I need to respect their decision and they have returned the item to me. I have inspected the item and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, no marks or anything on the crotch. I have attached pictures of the returned item including a close up of the crotch to show there is nothing wrong with it. I actually don't know how they can get away with this, such a con! Avoid at all costs!
Ordered multiple dresses, kept one and sent the rest back. I then received an email to say that one of the dresses I returned didn't meet their returns policy as there was a 'mark'on it. I found it very strange when I realised what dress was returned as it was the only dress I never tried on. After looking at the full dress it became apartment that there wasn't a single mark on the dress and in fact nothing wrong with it. After emailing multiple times and sending multiple pictures of the full dress showing not a mark on it I've still been told they can't do anything about it. Never had a bad experience with this website before but after this I certainly won't be ordering again, very disappointing as I absolutely loved the dress I kept and have loved previous items before. I would advise anyone else thinking of ordering from this website to think twice, as y returns policy isn't as described.
Have ordered few times from this website but when it comes to returns it looks like they only want you to keep an item even if it doesn't fit you. Have ordered this white item honestly it's white colour so little stains might happen when you try them on.
They have refused the return because of one little tiny stain which i haven't even seen or know where it is but they have provided unclear pictures. The item could come already stained but didn't notice as being so tiny and maybe somewhere on a inside place couldn't tell from the pictures where the stain was located.
I would avoid this website if I am not sure about the size and there can be a possibility of returning the item especially in a light colour. Verry dissapointed by them to say the item has been worn when it had the white strip arround it as well.

A SCAM! You buy it, you're stuck with it. Don't even bother trying to get your money back. I ordered a blazer from them, tried it on, didn't like it and returned it. After paying the shipping to send it back to them. They said the blazer was damaged and worn... HOW?! WHERE?! Where is it damaged? Because I tried to fit the button in the hole that was too small to begin with? Worn where? When there's a huge strap attached to it so that you CAN'T wear it out? Their claims are baseless and made up. Now they're saying that I can not receive a refund. This was my first time ordering from them and it will definitely be my last.

Avoid this company like the plague! I made a purchase and returned $304.00 worth of poorly made clothing within 2 days AND paid for shipping. That was in November 2022. It is almost April 2023 and I haven't received my refund. I contacted them on numerous occasions only to get robotic responses that don't make sense. We ordered a Jumpsuit on the 16th Oct which came and looked cheap and nasty. We returned immediately and Club L have refused a refund because they say its been worn. It was never worn beyond trying on the garment. They sent us photo's of a grey material showing white marks, the item we have is black!
They have now returned the item and no surprise, not a single mark. According to them, they use a "special" machine identifies marks on the crotch! Nonsense and if it is correct, how do i know that it hasn't been tried on before and returned? As a consumer we don't have access to the same "special" detectors when inspecting our deliveries. It is an absolute scam and appalling behaviour for what is meant to be a reputable company.
They have since offered me a 20% refund by way of a credit note towards something else. I dont want a damn discount code, I want my money back, I have sent them a video of the item (the returned item) which clearly shows no marks on the BLACK item. There may be marks on their GREY item but that isn't what I returned.
The team simply don't listen, the service is awful and I am now having to waste time with the ombudsman. Stay away and buy from someone more trustworthy.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered a black maxi maternity dress for my father in laws party, the dress was lovely but just simply too tight around the tummy area. I returned the dress within a few days to be contacted by the company and told I was not getting a refund as the tag was removed, it was in a worn condition and has a strong smell of perfume. None of these true, they then backtracked 3 times on email saying i wasn't getting the refund simply because it smelled of perfume. Again I could have been wearing perfume when I tried this dress on but certainly would not have had a strong smell of perfume and I explained that. I have just received an email to say a manager has looked into it and now not only does it smell of perfume it is also in a worn condition funnily enough no mention of tag being removed. I even asked them to double check they had the correct customer as I am baffled at their claims. I literally tried the dress on for 5 minutes. It's not even about losing money which obviously isn't great especially for a new mum it's the principle that I did not wear the dress and they are refusing a refund and asking me to pay more to get the dress back. Looking back at other customers comments seems I am not the only one this has happened to recently.

They SCAM you on the refund. Their sizes are not true to the site description so you will need to return something and they will not refund you on the item. Ordered 5 dresses returned 4 as they were too big I was partially refunded for 1 dress no explanation given! 10/10 would never recommend.
