This is my worst purchase ever I had.
The item isn't same as on the picture, be careful it's a fake dress. But happy I got my money back after 2 weeks, only paid for delivery €10,50 to return. This money they didn't return. This is just from that story, when we expect something beautiful, but in reality something completely different comes. Anyway it was a good lesson for me, not always an expensive thing will be better then cheapest. Not recommended this shop. I have pictures with expecting dress and what I got on reality, but can't add to here it's say 300*300 pixels need, I don't know how to do it.

Avoid this company like the plague! I made a purchase and returned $304.00 worth of poorly made clothing within 2 days AND paid for shipping. That was in November 2022. It is almost April 2023 and I haven't received my refund. I contacted them on numerous occasions only to get robotic responses that don't make sense. I contacted my bank and the Federal Trade Commission. This company needs to be shut down!
I purchased over $500 worth of merchandise but when received my purchases size was I usually wear was too big and the items were poorly made! I contacted company to request assistance with refund or exchange for correct size. I was told they don't do exchanges anymore and refunds are only within 14 days and if tags are removed they will reject the refund! The customer service agent simply sorry we can't help you!
I was waiting for some shoes to try the dress on, so discovered on the 13th day that the dress i bought had a fault, a rupture on the side at the bottom, they have no customer service whatsoever, totally ignorant to my emails, it takes weeks to respond to a query, ended up with a faulty dress, £150.00 wasted, lots of stress and unhappiness. Will never buy from them again and will take them to small court claims to compensate me for the damage caused emotionally and financially
AVOID! Sent an order back within the 2 week time frame as the dress looked cheap and was faulty. I constantly them and got a quick reply from Kylie who confirmed I'll get a refund to my bank as I paid. 23 days later I got an email saying they sent me a credit note. I then have been sending emails for over a month with no response. Absolute scammers! Hopefully they go into administration and out of trading. Ignorant and a terrible company.
Ordered a black dress with next day delivery for my holiday. The dress was too tight and I couldn't even wear it so I returned it back same day. No response or any acknowledgment for atleast 3 weeks. After contacting complaints they declined my refund as they said dress recd in poor condition and already been worn?

They SCAM you on the refund. Their sizes are not true to the site description so you will need to return something and they will not refund you on the item. Ordered 5 dresses returned 4 as they were too big I was partially refunded for 1 dress no explanation given! 10/10 would never recommend.

They will ROB YOU! I had horrible experience when returning my item. They literally did not accept one out of five items that I returned with no explanation, while they were all brand new; I returned immediately as none of the dresses looked good (they we not like the pictures). Then customer service was HORRIBLE; woman named Abbey was so rude and extremely unhelpful/unprofessional. It seemed they made up an excuse to keep the money. Honestly, have not had this time of bad experience ever.

I ordered 3 dresses for a wedding 2 of which I didn't like the colours so didn't even try it on.
When I returned my order I received a refund for only 1 dress and not 2, when I contacted to find our why I only received half my refund they said the dress was either worn or the tag was not on it which was NOT the case, so they returned the dress to me.
When I received the dress the tag was still intact and the dress was not worn! The tag itself actually looked faded and that is hardly the buyers fault if your selling clothing with bad tagging!
After numerous emails back and forth they are still refusing a refund despite the dress not been worn.
Clearly they are doing this to ALOT of consumers!

No refund as they accuse you of wearing it when you send the item back with the tags on. The customer services are rubbish they don't get back to you and the staff are horrible to you. If you like losing money then this is the perfect company to rip you off.
Much like the other customers here, I also recently purchased a gown from here for a summer formal event. I ordered two dresses with the intent to return the one that either did not fit or would not be flattering.
Both gowns (floor length, one with feathers) were white and near $200 and the quality of these dresses were not as advertised.
The material was cheaper and thinner than what was modeled. The dresses made of material so thin, one of them looked like tablecloth material.
After trying on once and seeing this, I immediately place it in the bag to return when next I'ld be going to the post office. There was no damage, no tags cut, nothing.
After paying to ship back, I received a notification weeks later that it was to be shipped back to me and that I would have to pay additional shipping to send it back…and there would be no refund. I was gutted considering it was returned in perfect condition and simply tried on. I tried as hard as I could to explain this and reached out for clarification and to appeal as I had returned for terrible quality and they remained firm that somehow there was damage, a stain that could have caused by someone mishandling the item, and now they would not be refunding me.

A SCAM! You buy it, you're stuck with it. Don't even bother trying to get your money back. I ordered a blazer from them, tried it on, didn't like it and returned it. After paying the shipping to send it back to them. They said the blazer was damaged and worn... HOW?! WHERE?! Where is it damaged? Because I tried to fit the button in the hole that was too small to begin with? Worn where? When there's a huge strap attached to it so that you CAN'T wear it out? Their claims are baseless and made up. Now they're saying that I can not receive a refund. This was my first time ordering from them and it will definitely be my last.

Once again I replied to this to say it was pretty impossible to wear it as it had a black ribbon all the way around the dress and tags still attached (I would of looked pretty stupid wearing that out) I asked for contact details or a senior manager or complaints department. To this I got an email signed of from 'club l team leader' saying it was returned due to it smelling like it had been worn ( I checked the smell of the dress! It doesn't smell! Furthermore kinda insulting) they then said it was damaged! 4 different excuses for not refunding me my money. I asked 4 times for a complaints contact and senior manager contact they refused to give it to me Club L are scamming their customers and refusing refunds to perfectly returned items! I think the refund inspector and their customer service team all need some additional training! Looking on here it appears I'm not the only one who has experienced such an appalling service. I have escalated my current issue to the trading standing, watchdog and ombudsman!
I would give zero stars if I could! Customer service is ridiculous! The only reason I ordered from them a second time is because I actually liked my jumpsuit for my gender reveal! However I've been reaching out to them for two weeks about my last dress I ordered that was way too small! No one has responded even though I been PAID $20 To return my item back! They also claimed they owe me $70 when I started the refund process online by myself but I paid $104. Nobody has yet to respond to me about that either. At this point I just want my money back. This is for my baby shower && I was hoping I could shop with them but never again! If you are unsure of what size to order please don't cause it's a hassle and you're responsible for returning item!
