They will not email me back after many inquiries. No phone call back didn't even say their name. Will turn into BBB. They said they would give me credit on my return but never heard from them again.
I'm of two minds about this image. One the one hand, it is indeed beautiful. On the other, it is much more faded than what the website shows. Specifically, the colors are much less vibrant and don't pop nearly as much as in the image on the website. So I'm moderately happy but not delighted.
I have ordered several items from Clock Canvas, and been very pleased with the construction, quality, and the look of each canvas. The one time I received something that was not as I ordered, Clock Canvas was quick to remedy the situation. Certainly will not hesitate to order from them again and refer them to others.
Been waiting three weeks for tracking information. Nothing. Customer service inquiries have provided no information.

The first print was sent with a frame I had to assemble Some of the pieces for the frame were missing and while I could have fixed it the canvas didn't fit into the frame So they sent a smaller version already framed and the colors were muted and very washed out No vibrancy at all compared to the image online Quality control issues So I paid for the large one that wasn't possible to display and the second smaller one as a replacement is nowhere near as vibrant as expected They wouldn't refund me for the first one
Awful. Canvas doesn't fit into frame tightly Instructions not sent but you tube is dated and instructions for building frame is incorrect as different parts provided.
It unusual to have a seamless purchase that does not come with too many complexities and gives the customer exactly what he/she desires online. Clock canvass allowed my experience to flow seamless and seem to have in mind a good customer experience. They follow up by asking how I feel about the purchase which is important. Thank you for caring bout people and the quality of your product more than your profits.
I bought this painting for my office and have gotten a ton of compliments on it. It adds a nice pop of colour to the room and fits well with the muted decor. The painting came pretty quickly and customer service was very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be purchasing more art and would highly recommend!
Purchased a Spiritual Abstract Canvas a while back and posting review now. Looking for more artwork to put up around the apartment so wanted to take advantage of some of the sales happening currently. Noticed some of the negative reviews so wanted to state how satisfied I am with my purchase. My Spiritual Abstract Canvas has been hanging above the sofa in my living room for a year now and I am complimented on it constantly. Excited for my new art to arrive soon!
Bought the Mystical Forest canvas before Christmas. It arrived as scheduled and the quality is amazing. We got a lot of compliments during our Christmas party. Looking for a couple more designs for the guest room and bedroom soon. Would definitely recommend!
The first picture they sent did not fit the frame. They eventually gave me 25% back and sent me one that was already framed. I am pleased with the final product.

It was well packaged, shipping was pretty fast, and the canvas itself is high quality.
