Well well well! After a three email exchange and a passage of a month or so I got a LOVELY LOVELY refund from Clickshop.com. The man of the hr, J, came thru as he'd said he would 30. 5. 14. AND believe it or not I made C$ 'cause the C$ has sunk against the £, which is a good thing as I've just had to buy a used car! Fulsome appreciation here for a finally fine experience with Clickshop.com.
I ordered trading cards and they re sealed them after placing fake cards in the pack. It's blatantly obvious how fake they are if you have any experience with them. Still waiting to here back from them. They also censor their reviews on their own website, only allowing 4-5 star reviews through. Their website is much more harmful to the public than any *fakenews* websites that are censored on the internet. They should be totally destroyed.

Ordered washing machine and fridge 22/09/2021- Cannot get through to telephone lines and only online chat messages. Goods still not delivered and endless fasle promises. Feel like I have been scammed!
Me too, placed an order for my grandson, he really wanted and deserved a special gift for all his achievements. Never received the order and I got the run around. The email responses don't make sense.

I've been waiting for three months on a order they took my money but I don't have anything to show for it can not get any response anymore do not order from this company
Ordered from the never recieved the order now they have blocked my number and they dont exsist at the pysical adress. Steer clear they are a scam!
This company's customer service department is non existent. They never answer their customer service line and ask you to leave a message and they never call back. I also emailed their sales and customer service email addresses and never received a response. I ended up disputing the charge with American Express and PayPal.
DO NOT order anything from this sham company.

If they owe you money email them demanding a refund. If no luck then contact me on facebook. I intend to compile all the cases and pursue this so people get there money back. I am a debt collector who feels strongly about right and wrong.

I made an order with this firm, online, on 11 March 2014. Despite the fact the payment was taken from my MasterCard, I have not received the item nor have I received a refund despite several emails to them and repeated responses stating that " I will personally deal with this..." and "if you do not receive the refund within 2 days please get back to me. Despite repeated promises, nothing has happened and its now 29 April!
I ordered a small item early Dec for a Christmas delivery, nothing arrived, despite 8 emails later, a promise of the item being sent out and a refund, I have received no refund and no product. The value is very small £7.50 but if they provide this level of service for such a small amount, no way would you trust them for anything of more value!

08/02/17 - Bestclickshop which should be called Worstclickshop has probably the WORST customer service in the history of any business.
The customer service guys are EASILY irritated, arrogant and easily misunderstand your messages and will argue with you all the way to the end to get the last say. Even when they're wrong. They're provocative too. According to the argument that they had with me, they're considered smart because they have a master degree to open a warehouse. *clap*.
I don't know who I was talking with, but he was a real smartass who failed to impress me with his knowledge. He couldn't explain what his "swap" was and he literally took things on a personal level. His responses were so short and only focused on things that pissed him off.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. DON'T SUPPORT THEM.
Oh dear. I've had the exact same experience as all other reviewers, so I guess it really is a scam. Losing all hope now of ever seeing my money returned as I paid with debit card:-( Does anyone know how we can report this as illegal as it's clearly a fraudulent website? Very angry that they're getting away with this, and clearly have been for some time. Happy to join any group complaint being put forward if that gives it more clout!
Ordered like a fool on April Fool's Day. Product didn't arrive. Eventually after much pestering by email they said it was out of stock. Had already taken the money. Since then endless pestering, and they promised a refund in mid-May. Now June 10th. Nothing yet, no reply to emails and no other way to contact them apparently.
I ordered an i-phone 5 charger from them and 3 weeks after paying for it, still no sign of it. A guy called Sef has told me that he has sent it three times, but I not sure what to believe anymore after seeing comments from others with similar experiences. Apparently he is now going to refund my money and send me one free of charge, but the story has been experienced by others and it never happened, so I guess that will be the same for me.
My advice, stay away from this trader
I have used Clickshop a few times and have never had an issue. Certainly i would recommend then to friends and family which i have done. Thank you.
My son ordered and paid for his goods a month a good. Having the same problems as everybody else seems to have done. Wish he'd read the reviews first. Had one email back from Sef. Still chasing but think the BBC Watchdog route must be the next option.
This company should be closed down. A complete sham. Ordered goods to the value of £23.99 and still waiting for delivery - despite numerous emails with the seller assuring me the goods would be delivered within 2 or 3 days.
After 19 days - long overdue. Contacted paypal to open a dispute and expect the issue to be resolved. If not, I'll escalate the dispute via paypal.
I ordered my product from clickshop on the 22nd of December, paying extra for express delivery so that it would arrive in time for Christmas. After numerous e-mails and complaints, my product, a wireless mouse and keyboard, FINALLY arrived today, Jan 16th, only they failed to include the wireless receiver, so my product is completely useless until I get them to ship that, and based on my experience so far I am not confident that will be any time in the near future. I would highly recommend NOT using Clickshop, their customer service has been nothing but excuses, and even when they finally ship a product weeks later than expected they fail to include vital parts.

The goods were not in stock and I had to chase via email after waiting 2 weeks. Finally a month after ordering I have received a refund but no goods. People buying instantly online expect the item to be in stock with no mistakes! I have just checked and although they are 100% slated on here, on trustpilot.co.uk they have a swathe of recent 5* reviews... faked!?!?
You would be better off simply setting fire to your cash and enjoying some welcome warmth from it than sending any money to this bunch of low life bottom feeders. You will not receive anything other than sham emails from 'Customers Joy' when you try and enquire!
I have ordered two different products from this site, an iPod and a headphone. The products I received were good and still it is working in a good way. But I waited so long to receive these two products. I received it many days later from the date of ordering.

I got one note saying they will look into it asap when I inquired after the non arrival in the first 10days... waiting... waiting... contacting credit card... writing reviews...
