Can't contact the company as there is no telephone number and further more this address on the website doesn't exist

Reading the other reviews on this page this company is obviously not to be touched. I don't understand why they are allowed to get away with it. It must be illegal. My story is almost identical to the other posts except I used a debit card and am not in that strong a position to get my money back but I will pursue it further.

I ordered from this site and had an email to say my item was dispatched on the 29th July 13 which then never arrived. After lots of emails and hassling they said it had been dispatched again... which of course never arrived! More emails followed where I said my purchase was no longer needed after the ridiculous amount of time I had waited and that I just wanted a refund. They said I would get a refund which also never came... surprise surprise... so I sent more hassling emails and today my item turned up even though I said I no longer wanted it and just wanted a refund. 6 weeks to arrive and about 15 emails later! Time wasted out my life I'll never get back. Crap company stay away.

I have ordered two different products from this site, an iPod and a headphone. The products I received were good and still it is working in a good way. But I waited so long to receive these two products. I received it many days later from the date of ordering.

The goods were not in stock and I had to chase via email after waiting 2 weeks. Finally a month after ordering I have received a refund but no goods. People buying instantly online expect the item to be in stock with no mistakes! I have just checked and although they are 100% slated on here, on trustpilot.co.uk they have a swathe of recent 5* reviews... faked!?!?

WORST e-bay experience

08/02/17 - Bestclickshop which should be called Worstclickshop has probably the WORST customer service in the history of any business.

The customer service guys are EASILY irritated, arrogant and easily misunderstand your messages and will argue with you all the way to the end to get the last say. Even when they're wrong. They're provocative too. According to the argument that they had with me, they're considered smart because they have a master degree to open a warehouse. *clap*.

I don't know who I was talking with, but he was a real smartass who failed to impress me with his knowledge. He couldn't explain what his "swap" was and he literally took things on a personal level. His responses were so short and only focused on things that pissed him off.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. DON'T SUPPORT THEM.

DO NOT TRUST... THEY WILL NOT SEND GOODS OR ISSUE A REFUND, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I ordered a toy for my son two weeks before his birthday and the goods did not arrive, after numerous emails to customer services department and many promises of resending the item I gave up and asked for a full refund, They said they'd give me a refund and almost a month after they promised a refund I have received nothing. Luckily I bought this with a credit card and so will do a charge back for goods undelivered. Do not purchase anything from this company and they are completely untrustworthy. Don't be tempted to use a debit card as you will never see your money and will likely not get your order. I'M POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE AS I AM THAT ANNOYED. YES.

I ordered my product from clickshop on the 22nd of December, paying extra for express delivery so that it would arrive in time for Christmas. After numerous e-mails and complaints, my product, a wireless mouse and keyboard, FINALLY arrived today, Jan 16th, only they failed to include the wireless receiver, so my product is completely useless until I get them to ship that, and based on my experience so far I am not confident that will be any time in the near future. I would highly recommend NOT using Clickshop, their customer service has been nothing but excuses, and even when they finally ship a product weeks later than expected they fail to include vital parts.

I ordered an item 04 Feb 2013 and messaged the site on 12 Feb asking if it had shipped. Said would check and get it sorted. Messaged again 04 March, got excuse that their stock was damaged, more arriving end of week. Messaged 14 March saying if not shipped by 15 March, please refund; was promised goods and refund. Messaged 02 April, gave deadline of 5 April to refund or ship else I will initiate chargeback; responded with refund was issued (it wasn't) and could I verify last four digits of card used. I did so, no further responses, goods or refund. On 10 April I contacted my credit card company to chargeback.

I expect site owner was trying to get purchase past 120 day limit for chargeback. So very glad I used a credit card instead of debit card, otherwise I would have had no recourse. Caveat emptor.

Update: On 12 April, after the chargeback was initiated, clickshop.com finally refunded my payment and promised the item for free and I received the following explanation, "I can see that our refund was processed a while before this and the reason for the delay may have been due to a system upgrade issue which affected some of our transactions including refunds."

I remain unconvinced of the truth surrounding this claim, as evidenced by the repeated excuses of why the item hadn't shipped, previous promises of free items, claims that the refund had been processed over the last two and a half months.

I ordered two spider-catchers on the 8th September 2010. On the 24th October I emailed to ask when to expect delivery. As I got no reply, I emailed again on the 30th October. I got a very polite, prompt response indicating my order was on its way. I emailed on the 12th November to ask where it was. Another prompt reply said it was being looked into and someone would get back to me asap. On the 23rd November, I gave up waiting and emailed to ask for a refund. Clickshop replied the same day to confirm they would arrange this. On 30th November I emailed to ask what had happened to the refund. My credit card was finally refunded on 3rd December. I'm now off to try my luck ordering spider-catchers elsewhere.
