Clera Windows + Doors

The Clera Windows and Doors Listowel branch replaced 7 windows in my home this summer, and we are very pleased with the work. The windows are great! We can already feel a difference this fall season, as there seems to be much less heat loss and there are no more drafts near our windows. Barry and his son were a great team at getting this project done. They worked quickly and well together. They were also friendly and respectful while working in my house with my 2 dogs and myself working from home.

The installation took longer than expected but the final result was very good. I think the windows look really good in my house. Easy to open, clean look and the trim was done very well. Other than some dust, which is inevitable, the crew did a great job cleaning up when they where done.

We had our windows and sliding doors replaced by Clera many years ago. To this day if we have an issue, they are always there to help us! They are professional and treat their customers with a gold class approach. Highly recommend them!

The windows look great and the installer Shane, despite being on his own for the most part, was able to complete the job well. He was very knowledgeable and competent in his trade. Must have been a difficult job to complete all 10 windows, incl. 3 very large windows, yet he did the project in just under 3 days. The house was kept clean, inside and out.

Honest and timely communication from the rep re: 2nd delay of the projected installation date would have been much appreciated. Had to keep reaching out for an update and received contradictory answers every time. Made the experience quite unpleasant. Hoping the windows will last as long as the rep says they would and that the company warranty will hold its promise, because trust got questionable after the whole experience with the rep.

Our experIence with Clera Windows was horrible to say the least! It took months to get our windows installed and we were told a much shorter time frame. I followed up several times. Then there was only one installer instead of a team of installers as we were told installing all 9 windows. We have followed up with Clera many times and we're treated with such unprofessionalism and disrespect. No quality control

We recently had some cottage windows replaced by Clera Windows and Doors, arranged through Kevin. The panorama windows installed by Shane are stunning. Shane's meticulous, precise craftsmanship is simply awesome. By reusing the original interior wood trim which was installed by our father 50 years ago, Shane retained family heritage & created a seamless transition between old and new. The exterior flashing on the 12 windows is expertly finished. Honestly we go outside and stare up at the windows marveling at the neatness and clean lines of Shane's work. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have had an installer of Shane's calibre. Professional, friendly, taking pride in his work. We would recommend Shane with absolutely no hesitation to anyone & everyone wanting to have windows installed.

We just had our front door, sliding door and all windows replaced - we couldn't be happier! Kevin was such amazing help providing us information on their products and services and with guiding us from the start to finish of this whole process. Kevin provided us with answers to all our questions and kept us in the loop on updates with when the installation process would begin! The installation crew was very professional, knowledgeable and left the job site very clean each day. Overall we had an amazing experience with Clera windows from start to finish - and our house has never looked better! Highly recommend!

There were 2 missed items on the first install and I was happy to be contacted by the president to confirm they would rectify the issues and they did to my complete satisfaction. The installers were amazing and took the time to get the installation done right with attention to detail. I would recommend this company for your doors and windows.

I bought windows from Clera Windows 13 years ago. Unfortunately a piece of hardware needed to be replaced, and since Clera provided lifetime warranty I contacted Clera Windows and asked for a replacement part. Rita from Clera Service responded promptly, and handled the case very effectively and efficiently. I received the replacement parts, free of charge, within a few days.

An excellent site providing quality SMM services. Employees from the company provide a service to develop your business account. I have a company that sells plastic windows and doors. Couldn't bring the ad to a decent level. After contacting Top4smm, the number of clients has increased several times. Thanks guys for a good job.

We had all of the windows in our house replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. The new windows look beautiful, are easy to remove the screens and easy to clean the casement windows from inside, which is really convenient on the second floor. We are happy with the look and operation of the windows. We have noticed that we hear less road noise and have eliminated the draft we felt from our old windows. Kevin was very professional and quick to respond throughout the process and we felt that he was selling us something that he believed in. Juri was our installer. He and his helper were very polite and respectful, they protected our floors, cleaned up after themselves and left us with a beautiful finished product.
We are thrilled with the purchase of these windows and how they look.

We had 13 Windows purchased and installed in September 2021 and Patio door and Front door installed April 2023. Very happy with the products and installation.Also a shout out to Rita Customer Service at Clera Windows and Doors...she was able to send us the information about the warranties inregards to our windows and doors. Who knew this was for real? A couple of handle cranks for casement windows installed in 2009 broke so I contacted Rita in customer service who sent me replacements. None of the usual warranty hassles that one gets from other companies. Clera's an outstanding example of the way companies should behave.

Barry Jacklin and his team were professional every step of the process. From booking the first appointment for the consultation to the final wipe down of the windows and trim when he left when the job was completed. At the end of each day, there was no clutter or evidence that work was being done at our home. Barry's pride of workmanship is a true testament to our small town way of life. We will certainly recommend his company.

My order consisted of 4 windows and 1 Garden Door. Total price paid was $8,420.00. Wrong size Garden door was $3,100.00! It has leaked since the day of installation, frost on interior, rain comes in through the bottom... screen does not slide, all screws have rusted and broken off. Very hard to open and close. I was completely ripped off. The "fix" was they came and glued a piece of felt where they thought most air was coming through... Stay away from this cheap garbage, they will not fix anything after the fact. I soon will start a twitter and social media campaign to warn as many people as I can. Cornwall Ontario is my location

Windows did not arrive as scheduled, installation delayed due to installer being on vacation. Once installed one window was cracked, and replaced 3 days later, and windows were dirty.
Salesman Eugene was very friendly and accommodating at time of purchase but when problems arose, he has not returned our calls. I only hope that in the future when there is a serious problem with any of the windows that the company lives up to its warranty. I would not recommend this company. The transaction should not stop once the money has been paid.
