Clera Windows + Doors

I was finally contacted by the Customer Service rep for Clera end of January. Rita took time to listen to the issues we were facing with reaching the company re: our cracked bay window within the first 2 months of installation last fall. She immediately offered to get the window replaced after hearing our story. Rita followed up with us consistently throughout and ensured our windows were replaced.
I have nothing good to say about our sales rep that we were working with, otherwise great quality windows. Would get my two doors replaced with Clera in the Future.

Windows did not arrive as scheduled, installation delayed due to installer being on vacation. Once installed one window was cracked, and replaced 3 days later, and windows were dirty.
Salesman Eugene was very friendly and accommodating at time of purchase but when problems arose, he has not returned our calls. I only hope that in the future when there is a serious problem with any of the windows that the company lives up to its warranty. I would not recommend this company. The transaction should not stop once the money has been paid.

I've had my windows replaced plus added a Bay Window which is the problem right now cause it's plastic frame is cracking. We've had it repaired with some type of hiding compound by the representative but the job did not last. I've been trying to get a replacement but it's been way before November 2019 and still waiting. That is on top of waiting for a rep to call and more. This issue has been ongoing since early 2019. Not very happy.
I would think twice to refer this company.

I got new windows installed over the weekend and we are SO happy with the look of them.

Our house is 50+ years old, and the windows we have were at least 20+ years old. We chose Clera because of their amazing reputation and their eco-friendly windows. We're happy we did!

The windows are beautiful, and make every room look so much bigger! The installers were friendly and professional (Thank you Alex!) and did a great job.

No one can convince us that we could've made a better choice. These people are professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The windows they put in for us are a great improvement over what we had and look beautiful from the inside and outside!

We have had Clera Windows + Doors replace windows, a sliding door and 2 exterior doors, at various times, throughout our house. The product is top notch, competitively priced, and the customer service is excellent. This past summer, they replaced a large picture window with 2 side opening windows in the living room. Each time, we have been completely satisfied with their work. They showed up on time and completed the work in a professional manner. We would definitely call on them again.

There were other options and better offers and I thought I should take my chances on Clera. It turns out that I made the right choice. Their people are very professional and friendly. I can trust them with their decisions on my door and windows. I told them how I wanted a different locking mechanism but they suggested something that's even better. They clearly know what they are doing and it just goes to show how experienced they are. Kudos to James! We will definitely get with Clera again

We dealt with salesman Hans from Clera (Kingston) who was very thorough and helpful. To me he seems to be very honest with his trade and take the timeout to explain the replacement process and the expectations. All my questions and concerns were assured! My windows and Patio door came on-time and were professionally installed by the installation team who were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Clera (Kingston) to my friends and family and will use them again in the future. I got some many compliments on the new installations that I am already thinking about replacing another set of windows.

They need to work on their timing a little bit but other than that, what I like about Clera is that they are straightforward, professional and knowledgeable. I ask them a question and they don't give you the run around. The sales rep was readily available from start to finish and I can trust the installers to do their job even when I'm away. The quality of the windows is very good. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

We've worked with Terry Blondin and his team twice over the span of 6 years (5 second story windows and a bay window/ front door on the main floor). We were extremely impressed with the product quality, the professionalism of the installation teams, and Terry's commitment to ensuring that we were happy with the results. Terry is personable and professional, and makes himself available for troubleshooting and questions. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality and service.

I have been dealing with Tom Hartley for a little while now and cannot stress out fantastic he is to deal with. In our industry which is restoration it is very important to have good communication with the people we rely on to do work for us and dealing with Clera and Tom in particular has been a very positive experience. He is very attentive, addresses all questions and concerns, does things when he says he will, always keep you in the loop and returns all calls and or emails. Highly recommend them based on the fantastic experience we have had with this company.
