The quality of the dailies contacts are poor. So many are bent in half and are uncomfortable when first wearing.
The delivery and ease of ordering were great.
The contacts I ordered arrived way sooner than I expected, the packaging was nice and the gummy bears + contact case were a nice touch! Will definitely be ordering my contacts from Clearly again
My glasses were delivered faster than I thought. They were a little big on my ears, I kept them and like them except for that detail. Next pair I will make some adjustments. Thanks!

I was satisfied when I received my 2 pairs of glasses but I noticed that the arm on one pair was very loose. It felt like if I dropped it would just break off.

I had to return two pairs of glasses way after the allowed time period because the Optometrist had made a mistake. There was no hesitation in refunding my money. I ordered two replacement pairs!
I love the colour and the look. I just wish they were a bit more comfortable, I've had contacts that feel like you're not wearing any, I guess I got what I paid for.
It was al title weird going to an address I haven't been to in years. I never did receive a second order to send back. I am happy with what I have thank you.

At first, the lens is so strong and different it makes me nauseous for a week. But now its been over a month and the glasses are great! Everyone loves them on me! Love the non fogging in the lens!

Glasses are OK. I feel it would have been better doing this in person. They fit well, but the field of vison is not great. I don't have a great range of eye movement.

Great service but my sunglass frames are way too big even though I put in my fit measurements (got them from 3 pairs of glasses I already own). They fall off, way too big. Everything else is perfect

Have been using Clearly for years; both for contacts and glasses. Customer service is helpful, delivery time has a fast turnover, and I've always been impressed with price and quality.
No complaints. Delivered quickly and as expected. Would have preferred to buy smaller boxes but that was due to the brand discontinuing the smaller package sizes.

Very bad experience with CLEARLY. The service staff I spoke to and their manager. I cannot answer simple questions. They give different and conflicting answers. The manager I spoke to today didn't answer any question and kept me on the phone line for 35 minutes. I ordered glasses on April 19, order Number *******. I was sent glasses through which I cannot read. I called the service a few times and was asked to take a picture. I did and sent the photos on the same day. I was told new glasses would be shipped in 2 weeks. Today I called asking if they had already been sent.
I was given contradictory answers and spent about 60 minutes on the telephone line. I called again and asked for a refund, to my surprise, I immediately received an email on how to return the glasses. In your company, I wanted to order glasses for me, my wife and my grandson. I have recommended your services to my friends. It turned out to be a fatal mistake.
I have lost my trust in you and a lot of time devoted to talking to your servicing, incompetent employees and manager.

Got my order quick but think I may shop around. Great prices but that insurance and handling fee sucks. Would rather pay a small % on order versus the order fee.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
