I received my new lenses purchased on the black friday sale. All good. First order never received was apparently fedex. Second order was canadapost. Super fast!
Quick delivery! Ordering process was easy. I had a bit of a hard time locating the store info to submit to my insurance but a google search resolved my problem.
Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Exchange of glasses was fast. As always, glasses are great and for an amazing price compared to other stores
I just got the eyeglasses I ordered online at clearly.ca and I'm very impressed, easy to use website, created my account, found the frames I wanted, keyed in my prescription, paid and got my glasses in about 8 days. I love them and don't see a difference from any other optical vendor I've been to in the past. I would happily have gone to my optometrists dispensary but since they moved locations about 5 years ago, they went all high end Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana on me, all high end frames $400 dollar plus, then add the lenses. These guys shoot themselves in the foot by not having a range of price points. No way am I prepared to pay $400+ just for the frame. The only downside I could imagine with buying on line is the fact that you don't get to try on the frame before buying like going into a bricks and mortar store but if you know the size/style of frame that usually fits your face, that shouldn't be a problem either. I found that I was kept informed of my order, from start to delivery with regular email updates. I will definately buy again from clearly.ca. Im impressed!
Best place to get your eye care in Canada during covid! They gave me gummie bears and an extra pack of contact lens case, so nice! Will be always be ordering my eye care from here :)
I ordered glasses in early July. Arrival date was estimated to be July 14th. Shortly after ordering I received an email saying "Given the delays noted on-site during this upgrading period, you can expect yours to be ready to ship out from Clearly by July 10th-16th." I have contacted them no less than 6 times with the same response: "Good news - they're shipping this week!" They've not shipped. No shipping confirmation email as promised. When I ask for a refund, the response is "Unfortunately, since the order has been processed for shipment, as confirmed by our fulfillment team our system will no longer have the option for cancellation but we can do a return refund once the order ships out if you no longer need them."
Contacted them today and now the response is "We apologize for the inconvenience, upon checking our fulfillment team is still in touch with the courier, to see the exact location of your order."
I will never get this order, fully paid for. And they "can't refund me" due to their policies.
Good customer service would be to ship them again.
And for the past two months while waiting for the glasses, I receive a constant marketing emails for Back to School sales, End of Summer sales etc.
Very disappointed and I will never order from them again.
I ordered my contacts on the 10th of July 2023. Usually takes three days tops to receive my order. The invoice states they will be delivered by the 17th. It is now the 27th.
I called to enquire. They said they have a new system and that my contacts will be sent out before the end of the week. It's now the end of the week. My order still has not shipped.
I needed contacts asap because I have terrible vision and my glasses are broke. So I searched online for a different provider and found 1-800 contacts. I had the option to rush the order. I received my contacts the next day. Still waiting on clearly to deliver my contacts.
I won't be using clearly anymore. I asked them for a refund they said no and gave no answer to when my co facts will ship.
I don't know if the company sold or what but I've been buying from them for years and years and years, never an issue until now. Customer service was not as good as before either. Very rude actually. This company in my opinion is going down hill. I won't be ordering from them again.
If I could give zero stars I would. I'd like to give five zeros so I can erase the previous five star rating I gave them years ago.

OPAQUE lenses are NOT opaque. Not at all. Wording says " solid coloured lenses" but they are NOT. Do not buy here. Returned the goods and am STILL waiting for a refund. Order No: *******

This is the only online retailer in Canada thay has my special contacts for astigmatism. They're always very prompt with shipping and what I need is always in stock!
I needed contacts because my mask kept fogging up my glasses but I have an astigmatism so theyre really expensive. Got a great deal being a first time customer.

All was fine with the purchase but I got a confirmation email about 3 weeks later. Which was odd so I ignored it but now I'm getting this confirmation request another week later.

In my experience, Clearly's service is consistent, accurate and fast. I've always received my contacts exactly as expected and very quickly. As far as I'm concerned, Clearly is the only way to go!

With contacts I find it easy to place online and you get a bit of a discount compared to purchasing at your optometrists. Good for people looking for a price break on contacts.

Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
