I don't know what the UV protection is on them. I realize you sent me them free. But I don't know where I could wear them if they are safe in the sun. I would've rather had five or 10 more dollars off my purchase

I ordered two separate boxes as my prescription is different for both eyes. My box for script -4.50 the contacts dried out and caused a lot of irritation within a week or two of wearing and they're monthly contacts. I remove my contacts each night and store properly with the appropriate solution. The other box was fine.

I was excited to get these contact lenses but when they came and i used one, I found the contacts very uncomfortable and i could not manage it so I wont be using the rest of the remaining product.

It took a while to get used to of online glasses ordering. However, now proceeding with other glass pairs ordering through Clearly.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information.
