Received my Cleanse and Co order and the packaging was simple yet effective. After finally getting over how cute it looked, I opened my crystal kit to find high quality crystals with a bag for them to go in as well. Loved my experience. The website was easy to work around. Although my order was a tad late due to covid-19, it was worth the wait! :)

My order took more than ONE MONTH before it was dispatched after I placed the order and it has still not arrived but apparently this is normal for this company - so if you want a prompt delivery, don't bother. What is even more disappointing is that if you dare to tell them you are unhappy or query where your order is - they will block you.(sorry, but who does this?). I am so tired of Narcisitic businesses' who claim to be kind and spiritual - but actually treat their customers like crap. I am also tired of businesses claiming to sell 'Ethically sourced crystals' - when there is no such thing and this is misleading and should be reported to the consumer watchdog. I watched in horror as this company shared customer feedback to their instagram stories telling their following to "Send this person love" when people complain - this is exactly what narcism and bullying looks like. Perhaps they should actually LISTEN to their customers as it appears many have the same experience with them. Never again will I order from this company - one month to despatch an item is unheard of and disgraceful. Be transparent with customers if you have an issue and people will be more understanding. Don't lie to or dismiss your customers, and don't block them if they dare to question a 4 plus week local delivery.
Not only do they have the most amazing crystals you have ever seen they also so quick to respond to any query!

I have just been introduced to Cleanse and Co through a friend of mine and I was absolutely amazed when I went on the website. The crystals, candles jewellery ect is absolutely beautiful as well as the conversing with Cleanse and Co staff. I could not be more happier for my mystery box to arrive, I can definitely say I will be purchasing more from them in the future.

I have purchased from this store multiple times, and have never been disappointed! Their customer service is almost instant, and the products are just amazing. The candles are beautiful, my husband and I love them and have them throughout our home.
I would not shop with Cleanse and Co again. I ordered a product from there over a month ago and have still not received it. I contacted Cleanse and Co, and the company Sendle they use to ship things and it has been 'unable to deliver' package multiple times, despite contacting both companies multiple times and having the correct address shown. I have not received an option for a refund, despite asking for this the first time it was unable to be delivered. The item purchased was a for a birthday present to be given a few weeks ago now.
I first discovered cleanse and co about 16 months ago and without a doubt, EVERY order I receive is better than the last. The quality of the products are phenomenal, customer service is always easy and lovely and the company has really thought about how to minimise their footprint (biodegradable packaging)

Such an incredible business with pure heart. You can tell and feel it as soon as you open a parcel. The way the team corresponds with you and everything they put out onto social media, everything they are about is pure love and light. Even if there is a miscommunication, they go out of their way to please and support costumers. They give gifts of pure magic with high quality products with beautiful energy in each parcel. I have ordered numerous mystery boxes and I can't describe the excitement of unpackaging their mystery boxes. Their packaging is amazing and I love the little card they put in with every package and the crystal cards to go with the crystals you purchased.
